This hotel is located within the campus of UBC. So it is quite convenient if you visit your kids there. The hotel is quite new, and all facilities are in good conditions. But the room size is not very big.

The new house is of high quality, clean, and comfortable. It includes comfortable furniture and thoughtful travel essentials (bed, , dining table and chairs, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer ) and the bathroom is fully equipped with KOHLER fixtures.
A 2-minute walk to the shore allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets, watch planes flying through the evening glow, and see ships sailing on the golden sea. Here has a trail can walk to Garry Point Park and Fisherman's Wharf or you can drive to there in 7 minutes. A 3-minute walk to Seafair Shopping Centre, which has SafeWay, Shoppers, A&W, Subway, a Japanese restaurant, a liquor store, banks, etc. Convenient transportation, a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that directly connects to the Skytrain. 15-minute drive to airport.

Came for a wedding,stayed the weekend,got top floor,hotel located right on water,there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat,hotel is clean,sauna is nice,indoor pool,gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size,bathroom is spacious and very clean,lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way

I had a really nice time at this home-sweet-home guest house in Vancouver. The house was lovely and cozy, with very clean rooms and great facilities that were just as good as those in a fancy hotel just like a 4-star hotel at a very reasonable price in Vancouver city. The owner of the house was friendly and made my stay even better. The house is in a great spot, super close to the airport and it's easy to get to downtown Vancouver. I really liked staying there. I can't wait to go back if I visit Vancouver again. It's a great place to be comfy and close to everything you. I'd recommend you to choose it when you visit Vancouver next time.
我在温哥华这家温馨的宾馆度过了一段非常愉快的时光。房子可爱又舒适，房间非常干净，设施一流，与豪华酒店的四星级酒店一样好，而且价格非常合理。房子的主人很友好，让我的住宿体验变得更好。房子位置很好，离机场超级近，去温哥华市中心也很方便。我真的很喜欢呆在那里，我想你也应该呆在那里。如果我再次访问温哥华，我迫不及待地想回去。这是一个舒适且靠近您所需一切的好地方。

아마도 옛날 건물을 리모델링한 것 같은 호텔이라기보다는 에어비앤비 느낌이 강한 숙소에요 그래서 주방도 있고 자유롭게 이용가능합니다(사용하지는 않았어요). 출입은 번호키로 하는데, 이메일로 날라오기 때문에 대면하지 않고 이용가능합니다. 숙소는 깨끗했고, 저의 경우 방에 먹을거리랑 음료수 등이 무료로 제공되어 있었어요. 호스트는 친절했구요. 다만 일반 호텔같은 방식으로 운영되지 않기 때문에 항상 매니저를 볼 수 있다거나 하지는 않아요.
저는 가격이 적절하다면 다음번에 또 이용할 생각있습니다~

Great and simple instructions how to access the unit and place was very clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful and the hotel host paid attention to all the details in this unit and had everything you need as a guest as if you're in a five-star hotel.
I would stay there again

PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

KKL Chan 3001There for one day after cruise. This place is very close to the cruise terminal and to Chinatown / stadium. It is very convenient to get around, by public transport or ride hailing apps.

RRebecca LillianThis is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

BBelinda IpWe recently stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver and were pleased with its excellent location, conveniently close to designer shops and fine dining options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although they had a more traditional feel. Initially, we encountered a minor issue with mold in our first room’s bathroom. However, the staff were quick to address the situation and promptly relocated us to a different room. While the amenities were functional, they did show signs of aging. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's prime location and the attentive service.

PPengguna TetamuIt looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

AanzhuzhuVery good location at a great price! Highly recommend this place especially with amazing staff and daily housekeeping! The building itself is definitely slightly aged, but it's evident that the current management/owners are doing their best to improve the facilities.
The good - affordable coin laundry, communal kitchen, very big rooms, amazing rooftop patio and sauna, impeccable location in Vancouver downtown
The not so good - no breakfast options, communal kitchen's own pots and pans look iffy, slightly aged facilities (but the communal areas are definitely renovated in recent years)
Will stay again if I'm ever in that area!

DDubious deposit required and lengthy refund of it!The room looked like it was recently redone so it was clean with comfortable bed with white towels. Upon check in reception stated we did not have breakfast included and that a deposit of $100 was required but I would receive it back within 2-3 days on my c. card. I already prepaid online for the room which was $386 with taxes I later checked my voucher and it did say we had a breakfast for 2 so I brought it down in the reception gave us 2 breakfast vouchers. Breakfast cost is $15 per person minus 20% as a hotel guest normally.
The breakfast does not include drinks only water. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, pan cakes, bread for toasting and hash browns. I went to the hotel reception and retrieved coffee & tea from the reception machine. Upon check out the gentleman now at reception said a $200 deposit charge would be refunded in 2-3 weeks! I asked why so long as I can get my money on a store return in a day!?! He didn’t have a clear answer. Anyways, I guess I’ll have to wait and ensure it does go on. I’m not sure why such a big deposit charged and why it would take weeks to refund…something fishy on this part but we’ve been there and can’t change it. However , I am dubious to use Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites again since it seemed inconsistent as to the staff knowing why they charge a high amount and the return time.
I also had booked a Choice Hotel for our return home and had put the incorrect date in by one day. They would not modify it and only cancelled it and still charged me! So their billing is skcetchy to me and that was my dealing with 2 of their Choice Hotel units

PPengguna TetamuLocation is convenient. Bus stop is 2 houses away. Location of house was unclear. Exact address was not given. Had to get help from kind person to call Deedee(host) to get exact address and took a taxi there. Deedee was nice and responsive to our request. House is nice, but cold and quite dark. A bit of heating would be good especially in the room. Overall the stay was pleasant.

SSteven C KFor the price, it is very sufficient. Many aspects of the room felt outdated, but it was all fully functional and clean with no problems. Personally I prefer it this way since you get the savings and the function which is what really matter.
Staff were all nice and I loved that I could check in at 2AM with staff available to assist me.
