If you’re after an extra bit of luxury to what seams to be a B&B, then this is worth the visit. Location in West Vancouver is so peaceful and although it’s a bit of a walk to the local restaurants, I’d be happy to stay hear again.

This hotel is located within the campus of UBC. So it is quite convenient if you visit your kids there. The hotel is quite new, and all facilities are in good conditions. But the room size is not very big.

We needed to stay in this area and were really happy. Parking takes a minute to figure out but such is the case in a busy university setting. 100% will stay again.

We arrived at this hotel just after midnight. I had read the other review of them not holding other folks reservations so we were sure to inform them of a late arrival after a long day of travel. My husband went in with our credit card and returned shortly after being told our credit card did not work. The room had been reserved with the same credit card through hotels.com and would have been billed on that card irrespective of our arrival. I subsequently went in and requested the night clerk try it again, knowing the card was functioning. At first he was very resistant saying he tried it on both machines but at my insistence tried it again and it worked perfectly fine as it has everywhere else on this trip. The room had a slight odor and was a bit older. They apparently place a security deposit on your credit card for around $150 Canadian but the furniture in the room needs refreshing. The security guard was very nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and we had a great time. The room was clean and smelt fresh. This hotel has a no pet policy, which we like because when you go to hotels that takes pets, sometimes the rooms don't smell fresh. It is close to stores, supermarkets, the Capilano Bridge and other attractions. We took the bus and sea bus to downtown Vancouver which was very easy to do. Coming back to the hotel was easy as the bus runs about 2 minutes from this hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay at this hotel again if we were in Vancouver.

Stayed here for a week while visiting the North Shore to ski. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Conveniently located for buses to Lonsdale Quay, Downtown or Grouse Mountain. Or plenty of parking. Offered a grab & go breakfast which they brought to the room which I really enjoyed. Great value for money. Highly recommend if you are looking for a no frills place to stay.

all empl,oyees showed very good manner, very fast check out. it is a more than 100 years hotel which location beside the beach, but to reach the front desk we have to lift our baggages 3 steps, a bit inconvenient, but fortunately there are 2 elevators to lift our things, it will be a very good hotel if it can undergo a renovation.
