Fantastic stay perfect for what I needed as I had an early flight the next day. Would strongly recommend and staff behind the counter were very friendly. Also very central close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

No bed bugs is an A+ for motels for me!
The check in and out was easy. The mini fridge was set too cold and some pop exploded in there even when I tried to turn it down myself, but I let the check out woman know so they could check it.

The front staff were great. The room was adequate, nothing special and even a little dirty. The gym was Disgusting! No towels, no water, no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment before and after use. YECH!
There were very few rooms to choose from for this date, and we were not impressed with this choice.

Kami tinggal hanya satu malam tetapi penghawa dingin terus ditutup antara jam 10:30 - tengah malam sehingga saya perlu menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan perlu membuka pintu pada tengah malam hanya untuk mendapatkan pembaikan penghawa dingin yang memerlukan 3 panggilan untuk mendapatkannya tetap

RrohitsharingSpacious rooms with great views. The breakfast was average with the scope of improvements there. Service quality was good overall. On amenities thereās a gym and swimming pool. Swimming pool is good for kids as it has a nice slide (although I saw even adults using it). Parking is no fuss and thereās protected areas and outdoor parking options. The location is good. Few shops here and there (itās a small stopover town between Vancouver and Banff). Thereās a Costco 5-7 mins drive to refuel or buy stuff.

BBCnowThe Plaza was such a lovely surprise. We were immediately impressed by the fireplace at the entry and the professional welcoming staff. The entire hotel has been lovingly restored. The room was absolutely spotless. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous in a beautifully furnished restaurant. But the icing on the cake was the staff, who guided us through the history of this magnificent historical building. A highlight of our road trip.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is amazingly clean. The 2 double beds and pillows are very comfortable. However, the single bed is sagging and made a lot of noise when you turn. Price is very reasonable. The bathroom fan is very weak. The Motelās restaurant, the Hideout Cafe, only opens at 8:00 am which I think is a bit late for travellers. If bathroom fan and restaurant open hours can improve, this is overall a very good motel.

TThe disorganized travellerWhile the room itself was fairly clean, there was a lingering smell of cigarette in the room that did not quit.
The location is very convenient and we had no issues with the staff whatsoever.
We'd have enjoyed our stay a lot more without the above noted smell.
