We had a wonderful time in this Best Western Parkway Hotel TN from the first day check in (by Ms.Mozhgan)to last day check out (by Mr.Kunal), the staff were very helpful and friendly & polite. This was the first time we went to Toronto for vacation(6 nights ) The hotel was out of our expectations : The room is cleaned ,tidy and comfortable. I like drinking tea/coffee, the housekeeper would give more tea bags & coffee + bottles of water (upon request)for us every day. Ms. Mozhgan & other receptionist also showed us the way how to go to our destination. We appreciated their assistance & information about the facilities of hotel & the traffic (e.g which buses & where to take the bus or how to get to a station. The traffic is very conveniences especially we did not drive. We could easily go anywhere we liked. A lot of restaurants nearby, no need to worry about meals. Special thanks to Ms. Mozhgan who helped us a lot & concerned our needs so that we felt like at home. We enjoyed the steam room and swimming pool. My husband liked the gym room very much because it had enough facilities for exercise . We will go back to this hotel again if we go to Toronto next time.

Great location in Richmond Hill. Convenient to shopping malls restaurants bars and more. Lots of things to choose from. Indoor swimming pool gym and Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby area. They also have shops in the complex for all you need. I would recommend this hotel to all in this area. Only kickback no airport shuttle bus service. Need to book a taxi or other way of transport

Best deal in town for long-staying. We stayed here for 25 nights during December 2022 for CAD$78 per night including breakfast. Staff is very attentive. Facilities are a bit old but the room we stayed was clean.

地下室套房空間比較大，兩室一廳，傢俱齊全。除了免費提供的礦泉水和水果之外，還有收明碼標價而且價格合理的零食飲料。衞生相當不錯，而且能看出來老闆很大方，廚房和洗衣房都免費用。和當地其他民宿比起來，我更推薦華人家庭，不止溝通方便，生活習慣上也更符合。加拿大這邊當地很多民宿都是要求進門光着腳走，這邊提供拖鞋就舒服很多。還有這裏床上是我們蓋的厚被子，不是當地反人類的床單墊在人和被子之間

Overall it’s a very convenient location and pretty reasonable according to ur budget. Receptionist very friendly and kind .

Convenient location, breakfast buffet is good, service is friendly, but you need to pay $18 service fee when you check out, front desk can not explain why they charge you

Ample parking is $5. Easy access to Main Entrance. Fast Front desk staff. Large dining area. ” Smart ” brand name towels. Full fridge, with two cook top plates. Fully equipped kitchen utensils for 3 settings of dinner plates, appetizer plates, glasses, coffee cups, and flatware. Full dishwasher for sanitizing with pod included. Hand dishwashing soap bottle with two wash clothes and a hand towel. The most comfortable Sealy Posterpedic Plush mattress Ever. Fell asleep right away with the four king size medium soft pillows. Whisper quiet Heating unit. Well appointed lights everywhere. Room 425 looks North into residential town houses. Very quiet facing away from highway 407. Ample soft towels from Bangladesh I think. 40” Panasonic T.V. has all the Cable speciality Channels possible. Full hot breakfast included. Scrambled eggs, wafer thin bacon, hot oatmeal porridge, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, oranges, delicious apples, almonds and raisins to add to hot or cold cereals. Good variety of yogurt. Swam for hours in the warm 30' by 20' spacious Swimming Pool with depths of 3' to 4'5”. This is a completely separate building with adjoining hot corridor. There is Men and Women change rooms and one shower each with toilet facilities. Excellent value for complete individual living or two day stay.
