I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

Siendo un precio tan elevado y un hotel de 2 estrellas en Suiza, esperas algo más que aceptable. Hotel anticuado, la habitación es muy pequeña, aunque limpia. Se asemeja más al camarote de un barco que a la habitación de un hotel, ya que, además, todas las habitaciones tienen las ventanas bloqueadas, dejándolas sin ventilación. Personal no muy simpático, que no habla español. Parking de pago a un precio muy elevado (22 chf/ día; veníamos de un hotel nuevo en el centro de la ciudad de Berna donde pagábamos 15 chf al día por este servicio). No repetiríamos la experiencia.

The hotel is nice and located in a quiet suburb of Geneva. The room was small but well appointed and breakfast was great! The only thing that the hotel needs a major improvement with is the cleaning of bathrooms. We stayed for three days and the bathroom was never properly cleaned. I would not stay at this hotel again on account of this.

This hotel is fine for a business stay but wasn't overly comfortable and clean. Rooms are very basic (I stayed in the superior double room with balcony). I was looking on to a building site on the balcony with netting all around it so this wasn't ideal. I had to take meetings in the room and despite everyday leaving the ”Do not Disturb” sign on door, reception would call the room to ask if they could clean it. Which sort of defeats the purpose of the sign and is quite annoying. Payment wasn't fully transparent on booking with additional costs added upon my arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was fine but for the price I expected a lot better. Great location

I was travelling for business but my husband and I stayed for a few extra days in Geneva. The Ibis was booked by the University and I was delighted to have all the amenities I needed. The hotel was clean, the food good, and the service superior. I want to especially thank Noemi, who welcomed us at reception and made our stay seamless. She went the extra mile helping us with trams, and seeing the highlights of Geneva. I travel a great deal and it makes a difference to have someone like Noemi be warm and efficient. I would stay at an Ibis again!

Sincerely, try to avoid this hotel. Impossible to sleep if you have a room streetside. The Tramway stop is just below...so, during summer, without airco, you need to open the window and then, you hear the tramways stopping every 5 min , people waiting for the tram who are laughing, talking,... The tramway transport stop at 2pm and starts at 6-7 am...you won't sleep much. Additionally, people from the hotel do not make you feel like you were at home...rather the contrary...really not friendly. Just one example among others : there's a restaurant with plenty of free table...coming back from our visit trip to Geneva, we just wanted to have a drink inside where lots of table were available ...the answer : no, not possible...you do not even get an explanation. Furthermore, there is no parking facilities at the hotel and people from the hotel do not help you to find a solution, so be prepared to pay an expensive car park or an expensive parking fee as every little parking square meter is chargeable in Carouge. Conclusion : flee this hotel, do not book it!

Stayed here one night while my wife conducted business. Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel located in Plainpalais area. Booked a room with a bath/toilet in the room. Had a balcony and extremely comfortable bed. Owner/receptionist was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. She speaks perfect English. Follow up contact after the reservation was made were prompt.. Breakfast is included. Nice little variety of breads, yogurt, cheese, ham, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. Other extra perks that come with the room are free public transportion tickets, free WiFi and a parking discount if you drive and have a car parked at the nearby Plaine Palais Parking garge. Over night cost 15CHF. Located next to the University so plenty of cheap eats nearby. Several nicer restaurants to choose from also. We ate at Le Potugais. A supermarket at COOP CITY Is less than a five minute walk. Post Office is right around the corner. If you like Flea Markets there is a huge one on Saturdays and Wednesday across the street at the park. Hotel and area met all of my needs and I would stay here again. Thanks!!

前台服務人員的耐心回答讓遊客放鬆！懷舊感極強的小電梯非常安全，一次坐一二個人！房間溫馨布置，床墊睡着很舒適！早餐豐富，新鮮！每天都是幾個帥哥服務生勤奮的忙碌着，表情略有嚴肅，但很敬業！
