The Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

不在市中心本來想會安靜適合好好休息，結果正好跨年碰到熊孩子，四五個孩子半夜摔門狂喊沒有一個當父母的出來阻攔，也沒有工作人員制止。
建議以後酒店考慮到這種情況，帶孩子的和其他客人不要分佈在一個樓層，避免不必要的糾紛。

因為住酒店除了出差就是帶家人出門度假，所以很看重舒適。這是第三次入住這個酒店，一如既往的滿意。從辦理入住大堂工作人員的熱情接待，耐心的詢問我的喜好…到入住時看到乾淨衞生房間…到打電話到前台尋求問題，或是偶遇工作人員…都能很快的接到迴應並耐心幫忙…一覺醒來會發現旁邊就是一個生態公園，遠處是松雅湖，環境非常好…心情非常愉悦；還有重要的是，樓上的早餐非常豐富，西點粉面涼菜小炒水果牛奶飲料…孩子們也非常開心。最關鍵的是在餐廳偶遇一個美女，耐心推薦附近出行攻略，然後昨天帶小朋友在世界之窗開心的玩了一天。今天才想起來評價👍

酒店在機場邊，離百聯奧特萊斯很近，晚上可以去逛一逛，這裏的茶顏不用排太久。酒店雖然在機場邊上，但是一點都不吵。我住的是湖景房，可以看湖和飛機，清晨窗外的景色特美。酒店設施都很新，比想象中乾淨衞生，洗手液的香味特別好聞，燈和窗簾都是智能的，如果點外賣有機器人送餐。總之，這個價格能訂到這麼舒適的酒店非常值了！

酒店服務很好，前台lisa服務特別好很貼心。房間設施:房間裏面該有的東西都有，冰櫃，衣櫃，浴袍啥的都有，拖鞋也有一次性的和非一次性的，裝修也都比較新，用起來蠻舒服的。性價比:性價比很高的酒店，有早餐，游泳池，健身房，整體設施都滿高端的。早餐:早餐種類多，品質量很好。位置交通:交通蠻方便的，就在地鐵站旁邊。位置在對面會展中心離高鐵南站也很近。

太愛他們家的服務啦，凌晨一點到飛機場，酒店安排人來接，入住酒店後，前台服務員態度熱情，第二天還送地鐵站，提前一小時預約，衞生乾淨，還有扎頭髮的橡皮筋跟棉簽，很細節的貼心服務。前天會提醒提前幾分鐘通知下樓，準時準時出發。我們剛從新疆旅遊回來，箱子很重，酒店工作人員直接送我們到了南站這邊的酒店，真的超貼心超滿意的服務。不然我們要拖着40多斤的行李箱倒三次地鐵。來長沙坐飛機完全可以選擇這家店，我們半夜入住是179元，價格也還親民，跟維也納差不多，喜歡喜歡，力推

酒店的前台和接送服務實在是太棒了！因為一個人出差又有行李，諮詢前台能否地鐵口接送，就這樣，回去送行李，再出去玩兒，再晚上把我接回去，第二天早上送機，真的是耐心細緻一直在接送，還是奔馳商務，真的很貼心的體驗！！點贊大堂經理前台接送服務人員！
不過説實話確實是加盟温德姆，不是我們知道的五星温德姆，但是這個價格這個服務又是獨棟大樓，真的性價比很高……
床……真的很少有還用彈簧床的了這個價位都是乳膠床了……確實硬，枕頭4個都無比的高，高到睡不着，一般的都是2高2矮哈（這些都不是大問題酒店説新開讓我們積極提建議我才寫哈～）
（如果沒有接下來的離譜我會給全5星好評）因早班機，吃不上早飯，大堂經理説可以第二天讓早餐給拿個打包盒帶一點走，第二天去早餐，門口阿姨超級兇，怒氣沖沖説不許打包，我説大堂經理跟我説的“他管不了我們！”然後嫌棄的翻了我好幾眼也拿盒子，後面可能看我臉色太差，唧唧歪歪的去拿了，離譜的來了
拿給我的盒子是變形的！蓋子不管怎麼都蓋不住！我説換一個她“蓋不住沒辦法就是這樣的”後面我扶着那個蓋子扶一路到機場…………
早餐的整體服務非常差勁，打包甚至都不知道拿什麼……什麼都沒有，説是7:00供應早餐，兩個粥桶都是空的，根本沒上來……（後面跟酒店的工作人員吐槽才知道他們是外包被下了最後通牒整改，已經大概率要被換掉了，可能是想再換掉之前多給酒店得罪一些客户？？？反正有夠離譜，全程超級兇，別人問她什麼她也是各種懟人家。
酒店新開看得出來想好好做，這外包餐廳是真努力在給你們減分……破罐子破摔了

衞生：房間很乾凈，阿姨每天都會打掃🧹而且動作很快很安靜。
環境：離地鐵站有點距離，附近沒有共享有點麻煩。但是晚上挺安靜的不會有鳴笛聲，隔音挺好的，基本上不會聽見嘈雜的聲音。

SSOMNATHWonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable.

カカイ這次因為非常早的班機選擇這間酒店住宿。真的是一分錢一分貨。我下次會注意選擇酒店。服務人員是一位大姊人真的很熱情。還有應該是她女兒也很熱心跟我說我訂的房間屬於無衛浴房。換到其他房間會好多。大姐免費幫我換到有衛浴的真的很感動。服務給你們五顆星。大姐也提醒我蚊子有點多晚上要點蚊香！確實很多我晚上抓了5隻。短時間待一晚的話是可以忍受的。歡迎各位有早班飛機的旅客可以使用。 附近商店餐飲店都開到很晚不怕沒東西吃。我建議自備毛巾，酒店毛巾上面有繡垢。浴室拖鞋感覺有黴菌所以不敢穿。幸好我有帶拖鞋。牙刷、洗髮精、沐浴乳我也都用自己的。提醒各位真的像酒店回覆的一分錢一分貨。所以不能要求很高喔。但是服務的心真的有感受到。
