設施：有室外大泳池，有餐廳。可惜真的是舊啊。。。浴缸的塞子都掉金屬漆。。晚上牆壁還會傳來水管的聲音。。。昏暗的燈光。。
服務：各個服務員都很友好！軟件比硬件強太多。。。酒店的公用廁所也挺乾淨。
環境：附近基本屬於要什麼沒什麼的地方。説它偏也不偏，車程10分鐘不到到高鐵站，5分鐘到超市。公車站就在門口。

前台小姐姐服務非常好，熱情，親和力強，房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、 泳池和風景都不錯 床品很舒服，早餐餐廳在泳池旁邊 邊喝咖啡邊看小朋友游泳也是一種樂趣，吃完早餐後綠道散散步 看看風景更愜意了。

The staff were all very friendly and nice. They surely made me feel wlecome. I don't think a lot of forreigners stay in this hotel. No one seemed to speak much English, but it was fine anyway since they used translate in their phone. Breakfast was mainly Chinese style food but they also had some bread, yogurt and most importantly, a coffee machine. The gym is well equipped. I will stay there again if I need to go back to Dongguan.

Nice place, resort entrance is separate and have fee to enter. There is no benefit of staying at resort. I thought no entry fee if stay at their resort. Overall nice expensive experience.

窗明幾凈，綠野仙蹤。
最大的短板是空調，不涼快，而且漏水導致牆壁發黴，這也不是小成本能處理好的事情。當然不能再以四星級的標準去要求，現在也不是四星級的價格。
但是服務員的精神面貌、衞生清潔的細緻程度、小綠植的擺放運用、還有國畫瓷器的陳設審美，這些都是不折不扣的四星級水平。絕對值得體驗。

Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

PPengguna TetamuI had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The place was absolutely exquisite and impeccably clean. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the soothing music playing throughout the hotel, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire hotel also smelled wonderful, which added to the overall pleasant experience.Although I don't speak Chinese and the staff didn't speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. They helped me navigate various things, like arranging taxis and giving me suggestions on where to go. Their willingness to help despite the language barrier was truly impressive.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the room was spotless, which is something I value greatly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay.

吴吴道祺The hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

LLnosBathroom are equipped with both shower and large bath. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, full of roses. We prepared our own, I think you can ask for them to prepare it for you. Here you will get a nice view, especially at night. The location is good as you're next to a mall where you can find a big supermarket if you go upstairs. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel, a KFC open 24/7, McDonalds until 22pm, chinese restaurants closes very late so if you want more tasty and nutritious food try it out :) I recommend you try out the cooked chicken from the restaurant that has an oven on the right side of the entrance. This chicken is on the first page of their menu, it's a must try ! if you just need a snack, there are convenience stores too

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe best hotel in town! Very good western breakfast. Very clear environment. There is a great restaurant with Japanese cuisine. The downside for a hotel of such a high standard is that the staff does not speak English.
Large parking lot in front of the hotel.
A very big disadvantage in the cold season - the central air conditioning system of the hotel does not support the heating function and you will simply freeze in your room. Once upon I spent a few weeks in winter in this hotel, they provided me with 3 mobile heaters and this was the only way I could escape the cold.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.
