除了晚上到了沒有路燈指示明確以外，內部設施一般，但好在房子是一間一棟外麪露檯面湖，但也是沒有可坐設施都有點可惜，早上7:30左右沒有大堂服務人員最後打擾聯絡電話才說在山上開了10幾分鐘去吃上麪酒店的早餐，總的來說接電話的據說是董事長挺熱情耐心的，就是真正的基礎設施服務可以真正優化起來，加油！

剛剛下高速。開車很累了。就就近找個酒店對付一晚。網上看到評論心裏還是犯毛的。但是太累了。就將就一下。前台的工作人員很熱情。還給我們免費升級了樣板房。贈送了面膜。房間挺好的。挺乾淨的啊。

在小紅書上看到的這個地方。非常安靜，空氣好。我們訂的是帶院子的房車型，有個獨立院子，有桌椅，早上鳥叫蟲鳴，很凈化心靈的感覺。沖涼房水量大，空調製冷效果弱了一點。早餐的小哥哥服務態度特好。總之很適合幾家人一起去，晚上坐在院子裏燒烤聊天，打牌，娛樂。旁邊就是杉木湖景區，很方便遊玩，打車去石板古街27元左右，影視城因為時間關係沒去了，但是也在附近。

這麼大的酒店迎賓都沒有，一樓大堂除了2個辦理入住的工作人員，看不見其他服務員。實話實説，房間環境還可以，但是沒有小孩的拖鞋及牙刷，問了客服説是沒有，想多要兩瓶水服務員也不給，洗澡間塑料拖鞋也要打電話才送來，馬桶是最老款的馬桶，不是智能的，馬桶座圈上坐的這一面有些黃漬，配的毛巾也是非常舊的。洗漱間和過道沒有門隔斷，洗澡出來穿衣服會反光在牆上，坐在床上能清楚的看得見，哪怕是一家人，有個大孩子也是有點尷尬的。酒店位置很偏，周圍啥都沒有，去市區吃東西開車要10公里，吃東西回來晚上了，下雨想把車停地下車庫，結果入口的崗亭黑黢黢的沒有人值班，好不容易找到地下車庫入口處，也是黑燈瞎火的不敢進，給人體驗感太差了，差差差，大家不要來了。

貴州行程中最滿意的一個酒店，絕對配得上四星，酒店空間很大，房間也很大，床品很好 唯一不足的是餐廳人手嚴重不足，中午去了以後找不到服務員，等了半天才找出來，點完菜就不見了，付錢時又長久的找不到服務員 酒店離杉木湖北門很近，但要去南門售票處還是打車 其他都很滿意，下次如果來都勻還會選擇

房間較大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。服務熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。房間窗外是小區的花園很安靜。早歺廳很大，早歺品種豐富好吃。酒店在市中心的位置交通方便出門就是公交站，的土也很多。適合來遊玩出差住宿。因此我們又繼續在酒店多住些天。

帶家人來貴州旅遊的，選了這家酒店，前台熱情的給我們拿行李，推薦了當地的特色美食和景點，房間環境很温馨，吃飯特別方便，旁邊全是當地的特色美食，吃完飯還可以沿着河邊散散步，離市中心也很近，去石板古街西山大橋打卡點走路就可以到，他們家的早餐味道也是相當不錯，這次入住很放鬆舒適，真是一次難忘的入住

《陳情令》粉絲打卡，非常感謝前台給辦理入住的小姐姐，免費幫我們升房到了王一博肖戰接受採訪的E511隔壁房間，房間很大床很舒服，衞生管理也很不錯，性價比超高！酒店環境非常好，空氣清新，佔地面積不小，裏面種滿了各種花花草草，每天吃完早餐現煮的辣雞粉在院子裏散散步覺得非常舒服。唯一覺得需要改進的是酒店裡設立的一些陳情令打卡標識經過風吹日曬已經有些褪色了，希望酒店能及時更新一下～期待下次有機會能再多住幾天

TTTailvxing首先前台服務員美女態度超級超級超級好，給她打100分，我們晚上凌晨才到，她看我們帶着孩子，主動給我們換成更適合我們的房間和樓層，而且價格更優惠。我們早上走的時候還送給孩子雞蛋吃，人真的超級超級好。酒店房間也很大，有沙發有摺疊床，適合一家出行。衞浴和廁所也是分開設計，很人性化，位置就在石板街旁邊，走路5分鐘不到。推薦推薦。

PPengguna Tetamu酒店在州電視台裏 比較安靜和安全 一樓大廳也很大氣 古香古色 房間非常不錯 衞生很乾凈 洗漱用品還配了四星級酒店才配置的刮鬍刀 還有零食 雪碧 牛奶 物品價值不大 體現了酒店的用心 過個馬路就是萬達廣場 美食很多 前台妹妹不光美麗熱情 服務也是頂呱呱 值得表揚嘉獎 值得入住
