老闆超貼心幫我們的房間做了升級，升級了她們家的春茗房型，非常滿意體驗感也很棒
設施：酒店的設施很棒，床品和洗護用品的質量都很不錯，而且梳子還是木頭的比塑料的質感好很多，特別是對於我這樣的長髮女生而言非常友好，而且還配有咖啡吧和專門喝茶的茶室
衞生：剛到酒店的停車場就感覺很舒服，整體都非常乾淨，不論客房還是大廳或者是花園一角，都給人明亮而又温馨的感覺
環境：超喜歡這家酒店環境，小花園很漂亮，休息區也很温馨，看上去就是滿滿的放鬆度假風格！我男朋友都誇我這個酒店挑的很棒
服務：服務真的五星好評！剛訂好房間老闆就問了我們的行程，還幫我們做規劃，和我男朋友剛到酒店停車場還沒有下車，老闆就在門口已經等候了，幫我們一起拿行李並且幫我們送到了客房，還問了我們第二天的行程，並且很貼心的詢問了我們明天早上幾點起床登山好幫我們準備早飯；而且去湯口鎮吃美食老闆也提供接送服務哦！必須要説的就是我非常喜歡吃老闆家客房零食裏面的黃山燒餅，覺得脆脆的非常香，問了老闆才知道是老闆家自己做的燒餅，果斷買了幾包帶回去當伴手禮給朋友們分享！早餐的味道也很不錯，我是平常吃酒店的早飯吃的不太多的人，但是這個酒店早飯我吃的很多，因為味道很好也比較清淡爽口，早上吃非常舒服，第二天早上我跟男朋友想吃湯麪，跟老闆説一下老闆就幫我們準備了湯麪，吃起來很滿足，有一種回家的感覺～退房的時候老闆還給我們準備了伴手禮，有老闆自己家茶廠的茶葉還有燒餅！超級感謝～
如果大家有需要買本體的特產的需求在老闆家也可以買到，我是走的時候要買才知道老闆家也賣本體特產，老闆不推銷，有需要可以諮詢老闆都是可以買到的，我是覺得非常方便，而且好吃正宗價格不貴（絕對無廣真心評價）
黃山風景區換乘中心接送:這個真的超級方便啦，剛去的時候還沒覺得有啥，去爬山和爬了山以後才知道！這項服務多麼的人性化和貼心，爬完黃山根本不想動，跟老闆説了位置就過來接了我們回酒店休息，很棒
總之這家店我十分推薦，不論服務還是設施環境都是非常棒的，我男朋友是經常出差住酒店的人他都覺得這家店的服務真的超級好，下次有機會過來黃山還是想要選擇他們家！！！

朋友介紹的民宿，全程被山谷的景色震到！麓舍的每一個房間的每一個窗，都自成一個景色。這真的是太驚艷了，頂樓的茶室和露台超美～
管家很敬業，做菜也是和着我們的口味做的菜。父母和孩子都非常滿意！

裝潢和配套不錯，也比較乾淨，就是估計天氣有點太冷了，房間還是有點冷，地暖開最大也衹有17-18度 整個園內環境很好 早餐一般般 離老街稍微遠點 旁邊也沒啥吃的 適合自駕來的

地理位置優越，巷子出門左邊就是屯溪老街，右邊就是河街，緊鄰富春江
民宿佈置古樸精緻，房間也很温馨，床墊床品很舒適，晚上睡的很好。缺點是，受房子木頭結構屬性影響，隔音較差，如果有客人晚上上下樓或者關門，聲音很大，會被吵醒。
早餐精緻，小而豐富，有手工小餛飩，石頭粿和各種手工包子，還有麪條，米粉和粥。
服務人員都很熱情禮貌，特別是餐廳的阿姨，我帶了中葯湯劑，每天都主動幫助温熱，早餐時對所有客人也都是各種招呼，走時主動打招呼。
另外，酒店大堂門口還有個小零食籃，每天出去遊玩或者回來時，小朋友都想着去找棒棒糖🍭，添了一些小趣味😆

這家民宿給我的本次旅行加分了，民宿坐落在市中心的黎陽老街內，這是一個4A級景區，晚上可以體驗風情夜景，白天出行超級方便，民宿內環境典雅，服務用心，抵達就有管家至停車場接，大包小包的幫我們拿行李，路上邊走邊介紹附近好吃的好玩的，室外炎炎夏日，進入民宿感受到的是中央空調帶來的涼爽，有一種進來了就挪不動腳步的.感覺，而且細節做的很到位，管家會提前開房間空調，這裏必須點贊，這麼有格調的民宿 怎麼能不愛呢，下次還來住。

五一出行，因堵車沒辦法把車停到指定位置，管家一直跟我保持聯繫。有專人的人接送我們，而且車停放的地方也非常的安全。孩子一進去就非常的開心，我們住在三樓，推開窗户就能看到西溪南綠野仙蹤。出行方便，適合拍照📷。

Very clean and very modern hotel. The hosts are very friendly. We arrived late night and they prepared for us dinner 😊 the round to the hotel is a little tricky but it's definitely worth it. The nature is beautiful around, clean air and peaceful place. We will come very soon again. Thank you for having us.

Not necessarily shining brightly, but there is always light. The South Lake View Garden stands by the core attraction of the Hongcun Scenic Area, South Lake, where you can hide the life you long for. The homestay is divided into two buildings, Building 1 and Building 2. Building 1 has a rare lake view room and a lake view balcony in Hongcun. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset of South Lake without going out, and the beautiful scenery of clouds and clouds; Building 2 features a Huizhou style courtyard with a classic four water return pattern. Soak in a cup of Maofeng tea and enjoy a leisurely time on the sofa, watching the drizzling rain; At night, you can also go to the balcony and watch the stars twinkle and the moonlight shine brightly; The decoration here is simple and elegant, both modern and well integrated with the local quiet temperament. Location: Very close to the 汤口 entrance, 15 min walk to the nearest bus interchange to see the mountain.
Cleanliness and amenities: Superb as this hotel just newly opened and everything is in its prestine conditions. There is also a laundry room free for use.
Service however, was debatable. While staff were very friendly, they definitely took advantage of our lack of knowledge around the town.
1. Offering to drive us to the Emerald Valley (翡翠谷) but charging us an exorbitant price, 5 times more than what DiDi (car hailing app) was listing (only telling us the price once we got on the car, felt like they just made up the amount on a whim). The emerald valley was not an inaccessible location, but we were told that it was and therefore heeded their advice.
2. Sold us Emerald Valley entrance tickets for twice the price and told us that we were getting a discount. Fortunately, the tickets were void as it had already been used, which we got our refund back after. We then bought tickets at the entrance for half the price as we were foreigners. So now im wondering, what discount was she talking about?
3. Lastly, after facing some issues with the dryer not properly drying our clothes after waiting for 2hrs, I approached a staff for help. She was lost and confused but still trying to tell me I did not operate the machine correctly, when all she did was did exactly what i did and said that “its working, just have to wait for the dryer to heat up”. When i asked for her to elaborate on how it works, because i did the same thing and i waited for 2hrs, she just repeated the same info again. Like. If you don’t know and you can’t help just say so? Don’t act smart and be unhelpful?
Take these experiences as a pointer if you choose to stay here. Do your own proper research as much as possible so you don’t get taken advantage of like we did! Nonetheless, Huang shan is still a beautiful place, definitely worth a visit.

Very recommended. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Good location within walking distance to Huangshan scenic area, lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby. The hotel itself is superb. We stay at a family room for 3. The room itself has 2 storey with spacious toilet and a sofa, and a double bed and a single bed upstairs. Breakfast is tasty with various local dishes but the same kind of food in our stay for 2 days there. The hotel provides free 24 hr laindry room with commercial washers and driers.

Good location, not too far from Tangkou bus transfer terminal. When we arrived here, we asked a local to help us call them and they immediately sent a car to picked us up. Transport to and fro Tangkou bus terminal was free. The room was clean, facilities good, separate toilet/bathroom. Building not so new but facilities well maintained and clean. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, simple but adequate. Service from all the staff from front desk, the boss, the driver, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady were excellent. I stayed in 5 hotels during this trip to China and this hotel provided the best service. The driver even helped us to get a direct transfer to our subsequent Tunxi hotel, without us getting fleeced. I believe the hotel, restaurant and adjoining mini-mart are all family owned.

Very nice relaxed hotel close to Huangshan mountain travel interchange. Not big on fancy features (no electric toilet seat or digital assistant) but that suits us just fine.
Our only issue was loud voices late at night but we weren't sure if they were in the hotel or outside.

NNaomiOur stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel.
The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right).
While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly).
We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking.
Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later.
I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

The staff readily provided us with a WeChat contact, offering to drive us to and from the Huangshan mountain trail entrance as well as happily providing recommendations for the local town. After being caught in the rain on the last day after we had already checked out, we were immediately accommodated to dry off in one of the rooms before our evening train. The hospitality and generosity was 10/10 and much appreciated! I have multiple friends who chose to stay at the 0517 Hotel while visiting Huangshan, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We are still on the way to Huangshan but the owner is so very kind to ask where are we and if we need help we can contact them at any time, actually the day prior to our trip😊😇 We finally meet them and welcomed us! We are so lucky to meet the Xiao Family👨👩👧 and of course there daughter Daisy🌼 They are very generous, offering help in everything 💞 even waking up very early just to bring us in the hospital for pcr test… driving us and fetching us after the hiking… very friendly family and there staffs😊😊 we felt like we are just a friend of the family owner… it’s more than a guests😭🥰 we had tea after dinner made by Mrs Xiao Xie 🍵 in her tea room…the breakfast and dinner we had is very good, we loved it, we finished all the food after the hike😋😋
We also swim at there swimming pool even if its cold, we enjoyed drinking beer and chitchatting with Daisy.. stargazing and enjoying with music…
I highly recommend this hotel specially if you don’t speak Chinese and new to the place and reasonable price… also near grocery stores, restaurants and hospital to do pcr,…. It would be a perfect experience for you… and gain friendship 💞

If we can characterize it with one sentence, then it feels like a hotel room should cost much higher than we paid for it. The hotel with a beautiful interior design was opened recently, and therefore rooms are in excellent condition. A very comfortable common area with a fireplace on the ground floor invites you to have a glass of wine during evening gatherings with friends.
Friendly, hospitable and very caring hosts, always ready to help and prompt. The room was heated before our arrival, although the owners did not know exactly when we would come, and we arrived around 7 pm (and even a parking space was thoughtfully reserved for us). The hostess has prepared a translated map with a tracking route for us, indicating not only the main points, but even the cost and schedule of the cable car. And on the evening of the January 1st, when we decided to have a glass of wine, the hostess offered to take us to the store by her car (to our surprise, there was a good Chilean wine at a very pleasant price in that shop). Every evening we were delighted to have small pleasant compliments from the hosts - melon, tangerines, cupcakes and other local snacks.
The breakfast deserves special mention - it was always very rich and various. It's hard to imagine our joy from a great aromatic coffee the next morning after a trip through the mountains.
Despite the fact that it is interesting for us to get acquainted with the new places, next time we will definitely stop here again. It is always great to come back to such cozy places that are created by truly hospitable people.

SSusanThis hotel is a gem in Tunxi that I found on Trip.com. We regret not staying here for 2 nights at the start of our 4 day trip in Huangshan at the start of Chinese New Year in Jan. 2023 because it is near the Huangshan Bei (North) high speed train station (25 min drive by Didi) and an easy travel to the Yungpu cable car (about 45 min.) to access the mountain. I contacted the hotel and connected on Wechat and the English speaking receptionist Xiao Xi (he is an amazing host and an ambassador for this hotel) answered my questions and sent me the taxi/Didi location. When we arrived we received a warm English welcome and an unexpected upgrade to a spacious gorgeous, already heated room with a huge bath, and shower overlooking the river. Our original room price included breakfast, which was a mix of Chinese and Western choices. I recommend trying the preserved tofu. First time I tried it; it resembles blue cheese, and is surprisingly tasty. We loved the Japanese style design of the hotel. The hotel is situated conveniently near the promenade adjacent the river, Luping cobbled stoned shopping street and Tunxi ancient street. Xiao personally guided us to these streets and made some dinner suggestions. We decided to have dinner at the hotel and had a lovely meal of sushi and ramen. The hotel has many areas designed for guests to relax inside, and outside where you can have cups of tea on the house. It also has a library room where you can relax reading a book or just have a cup of tea. They also offer tea ceremonies which is included in the room price. The swimming pool is an added bonus if you visit in summer. The promenade and shopping street can be accessed from the gate at the outdoor seating area on the roof as well. I definitely recommend staying a night or two in this beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff and service in English and Chinese. The locals were friendly and a sandwich and coffee at the FFFFF café is a must. It is one of the most delicious roasted sandwiches (we call them jaffles) I have eaten in China. In the evening you can visit one of many wine houses, clubs or bars in Luping or Tunxi Old street, or just walk around and enjoy the scenery. We don't regret visiting in winter. It was chilly outside but we experienced windless days and nights making it a pleasant experience walking around.

大大菜小菜Huangshan Scenic Area is famous in the world. It is worth seeing. The scenic area management specifications are reasonable, and the dispatch of Zhang Chi is generous.
