價錢方面係勝價比高， 新樓，是同holiday- inn express 合夥經營模式旅店管理，位置偏遠， 温泉水只是有人來時開放2至3個， 沒有流動的泉水其理由是泵泉水的泵壞了。仍然有地盤施工， 早上六、七點已經開始工程，有點嘈醒，此處其實也是主力推廣賣樓活動，有睇樓團到來住一晚酒店。另外值得一讚的是不錯的早餐及下午茶，酒店大堂服務員David Wai ，他很耐心介紹地方環境中附近美食店給我們， 臨離開時還送上一些小食， 很貼心唷！

環境不錯，很安靜，早上給小鳥叫醒，很舒服，房間後面還有個小花園，可以坐在那裡聊聊天，喝茶，發發獃，服務小姐姐很貼心❤️，說想叫樹上香蕉，就砍下來送過來，愛.愛.愛，等島上荷花開了，還會再去。

房間乾淨整潔，寢具舒適，酒店有泳池和下午茶，在六樓晚上吹風聊天很舒服，整體不錯。但是酒店一入住就要收三百按金，顯得不大氣。退房後也不是馬上就退按金到帳，現在都退房半天了，還沒收到按金。現在幾乎沒有酒店收按金了，而且退款還這麼不及時，這點望改進。

酒店的位置挺好的，依山傍水，老闆懂風水啊哈哈，前台接待服務到位，工作人員也都可以，早餐要吐槽一下，根本沒什麼吃的，勉強湊合吃點充饑了事，床上的枕頭不好，一晚上沒睡好，這個需要提升處理一下，風景不錯，附近可能還有個景區...

前台熱情還介紹附近遊玩地方，可提早取房還升級了，房間陽台大，有兩個獨立溫泉，但放熱水較慢，有水果，飲品，下午茶及網紅玻璃船給拍照。
酒店有免費停車場，泳池及溫泉
可惜周末只開泳池，附近沒有餐廳，要坐電瓶車到溫泉中心附近才有，溫泉中心人流較多，溫泉水不太熱。另早餐簡單，但可以接受。

The reception staff is helpful and polite. The room is tidy and clean. However, the air-conditioner is not function well and it making noise in mid night. It disturbed the sleeping.

好評推薦！～～～每年親戚都回來江門老家探親，每次也都是選擇這家酒店。這個酒店最大的優點就是房間大，親戚在外地很少住到房間這麼大的酒店，雖然這個酒店有些年份了，但是房間裏面衞生還是很乾凈的。酒店也有免費停車場，就是每次出去都是要掃碼登記有些麻煩。房間在10樓比較安靜，這兩天有點潮濕，不過酒店房間裏面是地毯，感覺除濕做的挺好的，房間裏有免費兩瓶礦泉水，讓阿姨多送一兩瓶也沒有收錢，總體入住下來，親戚都比較滿意。

這個是荷塘鎮上的一個酒店，位置來説算是鎮的一個商業中心，但是離市區還是有點距離，有地下停車場，各類配套的設施還是比較齊全.但是第二天套房想續住的時候，説房源緊張，加了60塊錢😅😅😅,早知道在app上一鍵續住了。

開業很久了，房間確實有點老舊，但勝在環境衞生好。古兜裏面那麼多酒店，只有這一家最近温泉谷，真的好方便，走兩三分鐘就到了，泡完上來直接回到房間，之後冬天再來肯定優先考慮住這。酒店整體裝修風格古色古香，可以穿漢服來拍照打卡。景區裏面很多配套可以玩，坐纜車上去財神山，整個古兜盡在眼底，心情開闊。下午去水上樂園盡情玩水，山泉水很冰涼解暑，還有很多氣模可以玩。前台服務人員很熱情，體驗加分。雖然不奢華，但贏在性價比，有機會再來

The hotel's top floor rooms offered a great view upon arrival, and they were cleaned every day by the hotel's staff. This hotel offers authentic Kaiping cuisine. The most interesting thing is that the owner sings very well and invites guests to sing karaoke.I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
