接送機的師傅服務熱情，前台倆小妹妹活潑開朗熱情洋溢，老闆敞亮大氣，賓館就是在湖中間的島上，風景相當哇塞了，賓館餐廳的菜做的也很好吃，推薦那個麻辣什麼雞和青椒肉絲，別的沒點也不知道了。對於我北方人來説第一次入住該酒店總體評價給10分。

去年和今年在花島住了很多次了，每次都覺得非常舒適放鬆，不僅是因為空氣清新、環境幽靜，還因為酒店工作人員都十分敬業、熱情、服務周到，餐廳的魚火鍋、花椒排骨、涼拌雞色香味俱佳，特別適合休閑避暑、釣魚🎣賞花，還有特別通人性、親近人的孔雀，每次開屏前都會招呼大家去看，酒店的動物們對人這麼友好，離不開酒店工作人員的精心照料！一點建議：小鸚鵡🦜其實可以考慮放在離遊客更近一點的位置，或者放在酒店大堂當迎賓鳥，因為這種鳥類是更加喜歡與人交流互動的～希望好的店家能夠越來越好！

因為週日要到天府機場接人，所以隨機pick了新開的美憬閣～ 真是不得不佩服這**，開了一個寶藏酒店🏨完全是個去班味兒的極佳選擇！！ 【環境】之前體驗過彌勒的美憬閣，這家有山石美、草木秀的一脈相承，也有與園博園相結合的特有美景。酒店很新，週末人也不會很多，體驗感拉滿👍 【設施】 🧳房間：乾淨、雅緻，空調給力，視線開闊，晚上19:00-19:10有瀑布燈光秀，簡簡單單就很舒服。建議可以再增加一個化粧鏡🎇 🎗♨室內湯池：人居館，從瀑布館過去有擺渡車接送，很及時～因為時間比較緊張，趕在湯池閉館前短暫體驗了一波，温度很給力，儘管是一天的尾聲了，但更衣室、淋浴間等衞生環境都保持得不錯～注意21:00要閉館，預約最後一個時間段入場的要注意😉 🍽中餐廳：早餐真是在雲海里享用的，咖啡很香，菜品品種OK且新鮮、服務及時，如果天氣好還能加分☕ 【服務】絕對💯滿分！到酒店前就提前聯繫發了攻略，到酒店又熱情答疑、介紹。泡湯的冬夜裡，每一位工作人員都保持了温暖及時的服務。臨走還貼心準備了生日伴手禮🎁 下次一定留夠時間，好好逛逛吃吃🏟

When flying from Moscow to Nha Trang, I had a transfer to Chengdu. I was sure that the airline had booked a room for me at the time of the transfer. But no one met me and couldn't help me find a representative and literally by mistake I got to this Derunda hotel in Chengdu. The hotel staff tried very hard to help me, explaining that I do not have a reservation from the air carrier and if I want to stay, I have to pay. I didn't have enough cash, and the card doesn't work in China, I was confused. But one girl working in a hotel showed special kindness to me and great patience to help. I used the translation app and my kind heart. She helped me calm down and find the right solution. My daughter booked a room online at this hotel and paid for it with a card also online. Thus, I was able to spend time comfortably in this hotel, very beautiful and cozy, a beautiful room, and an incredibly large and comfortable bed allowed me to sleep after a long flight. The hotel is new and modern. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at night and had not had dinner, we were informed that there was a restaurant service that was not yet closed and we were helped to order and deliver it to the room. Hotel ini terletak di bandar lama, dan kemudahannya agak lama Kebersihan keseluruhannya OK, tetapi butiran kebersihan bilik tidak mencukupi ke bilik pada masanya, masih ada beberapa barang yang tinggal di dalam bilik baru Sarung kulit alat kawalan jauh juga haus teruk dan kelihatan kotor. Sarapan bermula pada pukul 7, tetapi kebanyakan makanan sebenarnya tidak siap sehingga kira-kira pukul 7:15, dan lokasi restoran tidak dijelaskan pada waktu mula. Apabila saya mendaftar keluar selepas pukul 7, kakitangan masih tidur.

We chose the hotel because of the location and the pick up and drop off service, and we have to point out that our flight was canceled and we arrived at the airport at 2:00 am and promptly there was a component from the hotel to pick us up, the room is perfect , clean , we only have one comment to make , I believe the Hotel could have coffee available! ☕️😉
