入住這家酒店，感覺非常棒，大冷的天，一推開房門，就能感受到屋裡一股暖意，原來是她們提前開好了空調，這是我出差多次第一次見到酒店這麼為顧客着想的舉動，有一種意外的感動，隨後，客房郝經理還贈送了果盤，因為對當地不熟悉，她幫我推薦了美食、旅遊景點，經瞭解，這是一家老店，但是設施設備還是很不錯的，尤其是洗澡水，太給力了，孩子很喜歡她們的打卡印章。推薦！推薦！推薦！

衞生不錯，房間也很大，隔音效果很好，前台小姐姐很好説話，忘記看到了退房時間還給我們時間收拾延遲退房了，體驗很不錯的

整體其實感覺還不錯，感覺酒店曾經輝煌過，但是入住同等價位的酒店時，才發現沒有對比就沒有傷害；酒店整體設施設備比較全面，但是就如圖所示比較老舊，孩子有過敏性鼻炎，對黴菌等比較敏感。整體一個星級酒店居然沒有服務可言，是可悲之處。在產品不斷更新迭代的今天，有可能沒有辦法及時更新設施設備，但是理念的更新迭代一定要跟上，所有事物都是良性循環或者惡性循環。期待你們會越來越好。

大堂裏的金魚很漂亮，還有個觀賞魚缸孩子很喜歡。房間寬敞整潔，童趣十足，家人住得很舒心，飯菜色香味俱全，早餐也很不錯。

老星級酒店的傳統配置，設施較舊，服務沒的説，星級放在那。但屋裡內的設施確實應該更新或者修繕一下了，紗窗都破了，牆壁上都是被打死的蚊子留下的印記，裝的直飲水管，但流出來的水咱也不知道為啥一股漂白粉的模樣。優點就是價格不貴，早餐非常棒，達到了五星的標準。

進門就有帥氣的小哥哥給拉行李，辦理入住也特別快，服務特別好，房間乾淨整潔，房間温度適宜，洗澡水也特別好，雖然開業好幾年了，但是設備保養的很好，房間外面景色特別優美，酒店內免費停車，保安大哥給指揮到位，園區植被特別多，好多樹上都有果子，是個不錯的酒店！

SShiguang&mixiang一直以來，我都習慣過陰曆生日，今年也不例外？和男朋友計劃了一場説走就走的旅行，目的地選擇了歷史悠久的石家莊。出發前，我在網上瀏覽了許久，最終選擇了一家評分很高的酒店。
抵達酒店時，已是傍晚時分。前台小姐姐熱情周到，很快為我們辦理好了入住手續。走進房間，映入眼簾的是一幅温馨的畫面：桌子上擺放着“生日快樂”的字樣，還擺放着精緻的點心和新鮮的水果，還有一張手寫的生日賀卡，字裡行間充滿了温暖和祝福。非常感謝客房小姐姐的祝福。
我驚喜萬分，連忙詢問男朋友是不是他提前安排的。他笑着搖搖頭，説這是酒店的驚喜。原來，在辦理入住時，前台小姐姐細心地發現我的身份證上顯示今天是我的生日，便悄悄為我準備了這份驚喜。
這份意料之外的生日禮物，讓我感受到了酒店對客人的用心和關懷。不僅僅是房間的佈置，更體現在細節之處。
他們酒店的配合度真的很高，住過這麼多家酒店，他們的響應速度很快，對客人的關心和關愛，細緻很到位。
離開酒店時，前台小姐姐熱情地和我們道別，並歡迎我們下次再來。我由衷地感謝酒店為我準備的生日驚喜，也感謝所有工作人員的細心服務。這次石家莊之旅，不僅讓我度過了一個難忘的生日，更讓我感受到了這座城市的温暖和熱情。

PPengguna TetamuReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

SShaniceCThis hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it.
The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout.
The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

凯凯莉菜亹平I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

NNavinOverall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !
