五一出遊來到石家莊，定了此酒店真得是良心價格，沒有1999，沒有999，我們是400多訂的，設施很高檔很齊全，門口停車很方便，場地很大，還贈送了天空之城的門票，帶孩子玩了一上午，無限次玩，衹要甘願排隊。性價比很高。唯獨不好的就是旁邊修路，工作很晚，有噪音。而且説好的迎賓説過也沒給。

本來是想着出來放心住一下酒店而已，耐不住朋友的折騰，又泡上了温泉。一下車可以感覺到這個酒店已經營業很長時間了，本以為會失望的，但是一進門認真的防疫要求+前台小姑娘特認真熱情+温泉的熱泡+小吃鋪子，這一趟抱着隨意的態度卻玩出了高級感，衹怪自己還有同伴不會拍照，好煩好煩好煩…

整體其實感覺還不錯，感覺酒店曾經輝煌過，但是入住同等價位的酒店時，才發現沒有對比就沒有傷害；酒店整體設施設備比較全面，但是就如圖所示比較老舊，孩子有過敏性鼻炎，對黴菌等比較敏感。整體一個星級酒店居然沒有服務可言，是可悲之處。在產品不斷更新迭代的今天，有可能沒有辦法及時更新設施設備，但是理念的更新迭代一定要跟上，所有事物都是良性循環或者惡性循環。期待你們會越來越好。

GGlynI found the Kaiyan Xiyue a very relaxing and professional hotel. I received a helpful greeting from the reception staff who were well turned out. The room and dining room staff were pleasant and efficient.
The room was just right, comfortable and comforting. A washing machine is available for guests. One of the reception team walked me to the taxi and ended my stay with a nice touch of welcome from China. Xiexie.
Why I visited? Longxing Temple, a wonder.

PPengguna Tetamu這個酒店方便購物。樓下有吃飯的地方和超市比較繁華。家庭房裡的洗浴間非常小。洗澡胳膊肘都伸不開。再有就是當時過來的路上問酒店有停車的地方嗎？酒店當班説就停到酒店跟前路面上的廣場就行一次10元，自己付費。地下停車場比較貴不建議停車。我們當時過來已經是晚上10點半左右了當時辦理入住的。第二天早上11點出去停車場收費系統收我們30元費用。回來後又問酒店停車費不是説10元。酒店這時才説要購買10元的停車卡才行。又跟酒店的人當時他們沒説清楚掰扯了半天，最後給我們補了兩張汽車出門卡。意思就是説大家出門多問，説清楚停車怎麼挺費用怎麼計費的一定要多問清楚，指望酒店自己清楚不可能的。

NNyxeeChecking in as foreigner at night is an interesting experience. Hotel employee really wanted to keep my passport overnight, and when I declined they couldn't process me. It took an hour to get into the room because in the middle od processing another (chinese) guests arrived ant they were checked in while I had to wait. And then I received a card to the wrong room. And then the AC wouldn't work with an error about unbooting. Rooms are beautiful, but service needs training.
