Kemudahan hotel ini lengkap, sama ada gim atau restoran, ia boleh memenuhi keperluan saya. 我覺得可以週末去住，大堂吧説週五到週日晚上都有活動的
環境：地理位置一流，唯一可惜的是我們去的時候天空不作美陰雨綿綿看不到賀蘭山
服務：衹能説服務人員整體參差不齊，服務最好的是早餐和見山大堂吧
衞生：水壺裡面水垢還是嚴重的，其他的就正常範圍
酒店活動:可以去他們的農場喂小動物，天氣原因加上我怕味道太重就沒去，後來有點小後悔的
雙人仰望星空觀星體驗:下雨就沒體驗，説是有個室內模擬看星星，如果帶小孩的話啊可以參加一下

説一下讓我不舒服的點
1.建議酒店能增加應急車輛，半夜我老公腹痛不已，我們嘗試打車花了半小時打不到，想問酒店能否安排車送去醫院也被告知衹能幫忙訂跟酒店合作的出租車但是因為半夜估計接不到單，最終給我的建議是打120
雖然我是自駕，但是當時雨有點大，從酒店到最近的醫院有接近30多公里，出酒店有段鄉道是泥石地且沒有路燈我第一時間沒有考慮自駕是我怕亂中出錯，路況不熟悉，我最終花了1小時左右開到醫院
2.我洗杯子的時候打壞了一個茶杯杯蓋，告知酒店安排人來打掃，來的一個小夥子進來第一時間就拍照，然後質問我剩下的杯子在哪裡，繼續拍照，一系列之後才把碎片打掃了，全程沒有一個人來問我有沒有受傷
在退房的時候我主動提出要賠償，酒店給我的結果是要賠一整套，正常是298，給我一個進貨價98就可以了，我之前在淘寶搜尋過這個杯子大概價格，衹要賠償不離譜我都覺得可以接受，但是這個價差接近70，我當時説我可以付款98，但是需要酒店給我出示一個賠償證明，需要給我一個價格組成公示，估計前台小姐姐覺得我在無理取鬧就説不用了，因為當時我是回去酒店收拾東西退房的，我老公還在醫院，所以我當時選擇先走，事後我在淘寶買了同款茶杯寄給酒店，請查收一下
3.酒店宣傳是自有酒莊的，大堂有一個酒廊，想去買兩衹晚上喝，看到是可以試飲的，當時酒廊接待的工作人員問了我三次是不是確定要買，要買才能試，理解作為商家怕客人白*，但是我覺得可以換個話術讓人舒服一點的，結算我説掛帳到房間，然後被告知不可以，給了一個二維碼是轉給私人微信的

房間乾淨整潔，用品齊全，窗口看出去是一排排的葡萄架。房間用詩經元素命名，我們的房間名蒹葭，房間裏的花束就是一束蘆葦乾花，足見用心打理。工作人員很熱情，入住前就致電指導駕車來的方向，入住後又跟我們確認用餐及參觀的細節。晚餐是兩碗熱騰騰的湯麪，很美味；早餐也是各色小菜食物，雖然不是自助，但是品類豐富、量非常足。工作人員非常友好的幫我們搬行李、引導我們參觀、幫我抓熊孩子，耐心給我們講解，真的是非常難得的一次經歷。
