Room was big and clean only issue was the smell of smoke at the doorway which wasn't that bad tbh . THEY LET FOREIGNERS STAY which is a massive plus as I kept getting refused in this city .

Maybe I was the first foreigner in this hotel - they couldn't handle my pasport and were unable to make the necessary photocopies. It took them 40 minutes, two trials, three persons and about 20 photocopies until they finally had what they wanted. Very poor!

帶着父母出行，酒店小姐姐特別貼心的做了升級，由於航班到的早小姐姐幫我們辦理了提前入住，還送了入住禮包，離寧夏博物館特別近走路幾分鐘就到了，周圍也很方便

Really good and clean room which is always appreciated. The staff didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate with a translator. They were helpful and always on a good mood. It is really close to the south bus station. Some good restaurants nearby.

旅遊來的，提前到達酒店了，抵達時碰巧銀川降温了，穿的比較單薄，前台靳姓小姐姐人超好和王姓小姐姐，幫助我們辦理了超早入住，床很好睡，軟硬適中，枕頭高度也合適，諮詢了前台一些問題也都一一耐心解答了，再次感謝前台兩位小姐姐的幫助，此次銀川之行被兩位小姐姐温暖到了。

雖然在網上看是老酒店，但是設施保養的都很好，衞生很乾凈，房間很大。客房，前台、餐廳工作人員都很熱情，早餐豐富，有牛肉拉麪，羊雜碎。因為一大早參加馬拉松酒店還專門給準備了早餐，很舒適、温馨的一家酒店。

四星級酒店，價格不算貴，衞生搞得很好。毛巾鞋子等都是經過消毒後用一次性袋子密封起來的，這點比一些五星的都做得好，必須點贊！房間裏有個大飄窗，可惜我沒用上。
美中不足的就是房間門不是密封的，有點縫隙，所以隔音不是很好。
離懷遠市場不算遠也不太近，找個共享電車騎過去的話還是可以的。
內設停車場，車子進出非常方便。
下次回來還是選這裏！

確實挺不錯的 環境挺好 下午還送了水果 自助的洗衣房特意問過了也是每天消毒的所以用的挺放心的 尤其是前台的服務很周到 聊天還是送東西都笑臉相迎 讓人覺得心情挺不錯的 晚上外賣也是機器人直接送上樓了不用下去取還挺方便 來之前就是隨便訂了一個離新華街進的酒店沒想到服務和環境都挺不錯 物超所值

連住了三天，第一天入住的時候是很驚喜的，不論從硬件或者服務都是超預期的，但是入住之後問題不斷
👍：1、入住時候前台很熱情，幫我們升級了二樓的景觀房，因為帶着孩子出行，得做各種作業，前台一直幫忙打印卷子，禮賓部的小哥主動幫着送行李，並且介紹酒店的設施
2、安漠對於小孩早餐很友好，1.4m以下都是免早餐費，而且早餐種類還挺多
3、前兩天基本都是陰雨天，在酒店待的時間比較久，孩子一直在小童探索中心玩，Luck Ma很熱情，有耐心，一直陪着小朋友做各種東西（有免費，也有收費手工）
4、去了酒店的葡萄園，赤霞珠雖然很小，不適合吃，但是真的很甜，禮賓部的劉喆一直開電瓶車帶着我們，先是摘葡萄又是去萌寵樂園，晚上去附近枸杞莊園叫不到車，他還幫我們聯繫了出租車上來接送
缺點：1、第一晚的時候一直下雨，房間特別冷，酒店的空調竟然不能制熱，第二天送了個電暖器，晚上才敢給孩子洗澡
2、入住第三天的時候酒店接待了團隊，明顯感覺服務跟不上了，前兩天刷的好感瞬間⬇️，早晨8:30按了打掃衞生的按鍵，一直到14:00回到房間都沒有打掃，給客房服務打了電話，表示立馬過來，16:30再次回來時，依舊沒有打掃，因為房間垃圾桶裏面有果皮，放了一天沒清理，出現了一堆小飛蟲，再次打電話，這次終於來打掃衞生，但是送的果盤裡麪的葉子已經壞掉了，沒有幫我及時清理，晚上21:00回來時房間的小飛蟲更多了；喊了工作人員送小孩拖鞋，並讓他看了房間鏡子上扒的小蟲子，他表示讓同事來幫我處理，然而一直到24:00都沒有人來弄。
酒店有葡萄酒品鑒，和朋友晚上想小酌，b1的酒窖説是因為有團隊接待她們這會沒法接待我們，讓到2樓酒廊；結果二樓的酒樓衹有一個服務員在，而且壓根不懂紅酒🍷，説去喊同事來幫我們介紹，但是並沒有喊來～後來我們決定開一瓶早晨在酒窖試喝過的酒，結果樓上工作人員找不到酒…我們21:15到的酒廊，22:30才拿到紅酒
這個價位的酒店沒有24h客房送餐，21:00之後酒店什麼吃的都沒有，並且酒店叫不到外賣！孩子晚上9點多一點餓的想吃東西，最後還是西餐廳的經理幫我們解決，做了兩碗牛肉麪….
總之，入住前期待滿滿，剛入住也很滿意，但是後面狀況不斷，服務跟不上

PPengguna TetamuWhat originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

酒店樓層貌似衹有三層，雖然小巧玲瓏，顯然感覺是建築面積的30方左右、套內面積感覺稍小，倒也安排得當、舒適，但親水休閑、湖邊景色宜人，臨窗面湖入住，體驗感還不錯。酒店服務員素質優良、服務理念到位，並温馨提供優質小份水果、晚間牛奶，讓人感覺賓至如歸、温馨愜意。床品舒適柔軟，所以讓我不想再折騰、果斷又續住一晚。
雖然酒店因故停辦早餐自助，但提供送餐到房間，各色早餐葷素搭配、牛奶咖啡一個也不少，也算豐盛，好歹夠我胃口。
酒店位置優越、交通便捷，四通八達，打車、公交都是方便，確實是來銀川旅遊，性價比較高、一個值得再次入住的酒店。到了晚上7:30，霓虹燈閃爍，地面五彩斑斕、色彩繽紛很是艷麗，也算是一道獨特的風景線吧。
