入住酒店我是信任才住的，就放心大膽的辦理了入住手續，房間我就用了一盒紙巾，收費5元，我用了肯定我付錢，紙巾盒上有一副撲克牌，我都沒看、更別説我打開、我不喜歡玩牌，就放到一邊，等退房時，我告訴前台我用了一盒紙巾，服務員查房説：一盒紙巾，還少一副撲克牌，我就説看看掉沒掉在地上，一會服務員找到説撲克牌打開了，我馬上解釋我沒有動，是不是上個客人玩了，你們沒有發現，前台就讓服務員拿下樓，把牌送給前台，我馬上跟服務人員解釋，我沒有動過，是不是上個客人動過，服務員惡狠狠的説，不可能，退房的每個客人我們都會仔細檢查，哎不是多少錢的問題，撲克牌2元錢，但是這口氣我咽不下，多麼尷尬、無語、憤怒、明目張膽説假話，我還是乖乖的拿出2元錢，給了前台，哎在也不想住這家酒店了，真的是無語😓！
