There were two issues that we would like to draw to your attention; 1 - during the evening there was NOWHERE that you could sit and relax without hearing the evening entertainment/music etc. Even in the furthest corners of the Atlas Lobby Bar comfortable seating areas, the noise could be heard and to have a conversation without raising one’s voice was very difficult. 2 - we were VERY disappointed with the Italian Speciality Restaurant. The menu bore no resemblance to the menu on the RIU app. We did flag this up with the customer reception desk straight after we had eaten as it did not come up to the same standard of the Boa Vista Restaurant which we had eaten in the previous evening.
