Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Karlsbad, direkt an einem Golfplatz. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Check-In (auf englisch) war freundlich und unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer (Superior mit Balkon) war ansprechend und sauber. Der möblierte Balkon war leider nicht nutzbar, da voller Schnee... Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und kostenlosen Pflegeprodukten. Zimmerausstattung ansonsten normal (TV, WLAN, Minikühlschrank, Bademäntel, Slipper) - kein Safe, kein Wasser/Tee/Kaffee. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Keine Sterneküche jedoch sollte hier für jeden etwas dabei sein! Frühstücksbuffet: ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen - Wurst, Käse, Spiegeleier, Brot, div. Gemüse, Saft aus Automat, Tee und Kaffee sehr gut. Abendbuffet: ebenfalls ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen - Salat, Suppe, 3 versch. Hauptspeisen (z.B. Hackbraten, Hühnchen, Fisch) dazu diverse Beilagen (Nudel mit versch. Soßen, Reis, Kartoffelpüree, Gemüse), Nachspeisen. Getränkepreise völlig in Ordnung. SPA Bereich: Abgesehen von zu wenig Handtüchern - 5 STERNE Schwimmbecken (ca. 28-29°C) mit Massagedüsenbereich. Rundherum bodentiefe Panoramafenster. Die Liegen könnten bei Vollauslastung knapp werden. Separat davon gibt es noch 4 verschiedene Saunen und einen Ruhebereich mit Liegen - alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dampfbad funktionierte leider nicht. Fazit: abgesehen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten ein schöner Wellnessaufenthalt mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Our family holiday in Karlovy Vary was simply perfect, mainly thanks to this amazing hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely accommodating and helpful during the entire stay. We felt truly welcomed and treated like royalty. The hotel offers not only beautiful rooms that are cozy, clean and spacious, but also perfect services. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the wellness and activities together. However, what appealed to us the most was the attitude of the staff. If you are looking for a place where you will feel pampered, in a safe and friendly environment, this hotel is the right choice. Karlovy Vary is beautiful in itself, but this hotel added a unique charm to our trip. We will definitely be happy to come back here! ❤️

I was so dissapointed... I thought that paying a place a bit expensive will give me finally a good customer experience in the Czech Republic, but the staff poorly spoke english and they did not try to be nice. There was one girl in reception that spoke good english and was really nice and even told me happy bday (the only one ) but the worst thing: I paid 50EUR for a ”bdaySet” because it was my bday, I saw photos of the bday set, it looked pretty so i said why not... when I arrived to the room, it was just a bottle of champagne and a cake... nothing else, not balloons like in the photo or anything else, oh, a couple of flowers... The psackage said that I will receive 3 procedures per day, I stayed 2 and I received only 3, one is a very nice Thai massage, but the other 2 ones, not worth it... If you dont speak russian or german and have money to spend, I recommend you to pay a hotel in downtown, this place is quite far, and the elevators.... be ready to wait long time...

The hotel itself is on a shopping street and whilst it’s not on the main tourist street on the Hotel Pupp side of town, the location is perfect if you are arriving by train, at either station. It took us only around 10 minutes walk from Karlovy Vary main station which is that which connects to Prague. Nearby are restaurants, Billa supermarket and plenty of coffee shops so you certainly have plenty of facilities nearby. The suite we had was for a family of four and it was nice and clean, nice bright neutral colours, and the room was comfortable. The property relies on remote check in and a code system to get in and out of the property but all worked spot on, and the property was in touch to ask if we needed anything so we were happy. Smart tv, good internet, we loved our stay at Revelton Suites and were happy with the our choice for sure.

Das Hotel in Karlsbad ist zweifellos das Beste in der Umgebung und hat eine einzigartige Ausstrahlung. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Goethes Gasthaus, was besonders faszinierend ist, da Goethe Karlsbad als eine der drei Städte bezeichnete, in denen er gerne leben würde. Die Tatsache, dass das Hotel freie Nutzung von Sauna und Wellnessanlagen bietet, macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt bietet es ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wie immer zuerst die Anreise: Anreise per Bahn ganz gut, man muss nur vom Bahnhof über die Brücke Richtung Zentrum gehen. Das Hotel kann man dabei schon von der nächsten großen Busstation sehen ( vom Kreisel aus rechts gesehen). Das Hotel an sich ist vom Design her interessant. Prozeduren wie Massagen und ähnliches sind, je nachdem was man bei der Buchung wählt, ganz nett. Der Saunabereich ist etwas zu klein geraten. Etwas zu klein geraten ist auch der Speisesaal, weniger vom Platz her, als von Platz an den Speisen. Fazit: Vom Ambiente her interessant, die Entspannungsprozeduren sind auch nicht schlecht, jedoch fallen immer wieder Kleinigkeiten auf, die alleine nicht so schlimm sind, jedoch in der Masse her etwas störend wirken. Zum Entspannen für eine Woche aber akzeptabel.

Das Hotel Boston liegt in der schönen Karlsbader Altstadt ganz nah angebunden durch eine Treppe mit der schönen Flaniermeile nahe des Goethe-Cafés und des öffentlichen Geysirs. Der Empfang des etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels war freundlich und unser Zimmer gefiel uns gut. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns Wasser zur Teezubereitung gekocht. Das Frühstück wurde in Buffetform serviert und recht einfach gehalten. Es war kein Luxus-Hotel, trotzdem fanden wir es etwas witzig, dass die Dame, die den Frühstücksservice machte, dies in grauer Jogginghose tat. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Die Dusche war undicht und es gab kein Duschgel.

Breakfast spread was also very nice (selection and amount). We were really impressed with the value of the stay here. We did opt to pay extra for the included dinner, which was well worth it. I would rate the dinner 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
This is a 160 year old hotel, so expect things to be dated. However the keep it in good shape so that adds to the charm. You will not be disappointed here. I only wish the shower was a bit bigger…other than that, I thought it was great!

The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day.
The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food.
We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

What a really good find. The hotel in brand new, immaculate and kept very clean. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities you need. and the wifi works very well. Breakfast was excellent. The staff without exception were very helpful and gave us all the sightseeing info we needed. Location wise the hotel is 150 metres from the centre of town and there's even a city lift close to the hotel if you don't want to walk up the hill. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for a few nights for work during the 57th Karlovy Vary Film Festival. I liked this hotel although it was pretty hard to judge it properly as the entire place was PACKED due to the film festival with all areas and many floors of the hotel being used by companies and displays. It is a bit of an oddity in Karlovy Vary as it's a modern 15 floor tower / conference centre in a town full of Czech old world buildings (I can only imagine the uproar when they planned it). So it's a hotel that also has Spa / Medical Treatment / Swimming pool, thermal pool / pool party / conference centre and restaurants. It seems to be modern by local standards - I was in a superior room with a balcony on the 13th floor with great views. The room had all the mod cons available in most decent hotels, good wi-fi, USB Power outlets, nice firm bed, good regular housekeeping. One thing I noticed was that the beds didn't have a separate sheet, only a fitted sheet and then a throw over dooner - no big deal, just different. Downstairs restaurant doing breakfast / lunch / dinner with a lot of options and really good wait staff. There's a large separate building (accessed by hill climbing elevator) that has an outdoor heated pool, thermal pool, saunas, change facilities - there was also a Pool Party with DJ, bar etc on the weekend days / nights (I assume that's just in summer or just during the film festival). I believe you get complimentary access to the pools /saunas for a couple of hours every day of your stay - I used it every morning for laps, it was great. In the pool complex there's also a decent restaurant with amazing views. As I said, the place was packed and the staff all seemed to handle it well. Everything you could want outside the hotel is a short walk away and there's SO many restaurants / bars etc to choose from. Karlovy Vary wasn't on my list of places to visit, but now that I've been there I'd consider going back.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem hundefreundlichen Hotel, was die Auswahl oft schon wieder ein bisschen einschränkt. Beim Hotel Palacky überzeugten hauptsächlich die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel befindet sich in traumhafter Lage direkt in der Stará Louka, der ”Flaniermeile” Karlsbads. Sowohl die berühmten Kolonnaden als auch der Eingang zur Seilbahn Richtung Aussichtsturm ”Diana” befinden sich fast um die Ecke. Schlafen konnte ich in den Betten erstaunlicherweise sehr gut und kann mich den Beschwerden zumindest in diesem Punkt nicht anschließen. Nun zu den Punkten, die leider negativ aufgefallen sind: Zum Check-In war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, unser Schlüssel lag zusammen mit einem Infoschreiben auf dem Tresen - das ist zwar unkompliziert, jedoch hätte jeder einfach hereinkommen und in unser gebuchtes Zimmer ”einziehen” können, da nichts vorgezeigt oder kontrolliert werden musste (wie auch?!). Das Zimmer selbst war groß und verfügte über einen zusätzlichen Flur und getrenntes Bad und WC - was ich persönlich sehr komfortabel finde. Leider wurde das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Es muss nicht jeden Tag ein Großputz stattfinden, das macht man zu Hause schließlich auch nicht. Auch das tägliche Wechseln der Handtücher finde ich unnötig. Aber wenn man einen Hund dabei hat und das gesamte Zimmer mit Teppich ausgelegt ist, wäre ein wenig Staubsaugen schon angebracht gewesen. Auch der Müll sollte geleert werden, denn es gab für das gesamte Zimmer lediglich einen kleinen Hygieneeimer in der Toilette - dort musste dann notgedungen alles entsorgt werden, was an Abfällen anfiel. Der Vorrat an Toilettenpapier sollte auch zwischendurch einmal kontrolliert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt werden. In der Fensterscheibe unseres Zimmers entdeckten wir einen ziemlich großen Riss - gefährlich und unansehnlich! Was allerdings täglich gereinigt wurde, war das Restaurant welches sich im Hotel befindet. Dort wurde täglich zur Frühstückszeit gestaubsaugt, sodass man während des Essens immer dem Lärm ausgesetzt war, da sich das Restaurant - mit offener Decke - direkt unter dem Frühstückraum befindet. Selbstverständlich ist es lobenswert und auch akzeptabel, dass täglich gestaubsaugt wird, allerdings frage ich mich, ob man das nicht absprechen und anders planen kann. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr - vielleicht kann man zuerst andere Tätigkeiten verrichten und ab 10 Uhr staubsaugen? Durch die Raumaufteilung des Hauses hat man zwangsläufig den Eindruck, dass direkt neben dem Esstisch gesaugt wird. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man sollte in dieser Preis- und Hotelkategorie auch keinen Luxus erwarten. Es war ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden, es wurde immer nachgefüllt und man wurde satt - zu Hause habe ich auch keine 5 Brotsorten vorrätig, die ich täglich serviere. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an Obst wäre jedoch schön gewesen (es gab täglich Äpfel, aber mehr auch nicht). Leider gibt es keinen hoteleigenen Parkplatz - das sollte man

TTo BThe hotel ist literally in the city center, old part. We had a deluxe apartment, with tho WCs, two bedrooms, one huge living room, sauna and jacuzzi. For the price they request - probably the best value. There is breakfast with not too bad choice. Pay attention of the parking spaces - in a 10 min walking distance can be parked for free
