Nice and welcoming hotel near train station. Nice ramen shop beside . Room is spacious and clean. Free birthday gifts from reception as I checked in on my birthday. Free beers when you opt for no makeup room throughout stay.

Beautiful hotel, central location, clean.
Excellent swimming pool and spa.
Excellent service, I forgot a sweatshirt in the room (a gift I am very fond of) and immediately they found it and sent it to my home address.
Nice and good breakfast.

The breakfast options are extremely limited compare to other hotels in the area & the room which i got was ridiculously small compare to other rooms in the hotel. I will most likely not be staying there again.

KKonstantin AlekseevPeople, pay attention: when you get to your rooms, always check the a/c, especially in the summer. It seems this hotel has huge problems with the a/c and the whole management and no matter if the a/c is broken in the rooms, they'll still put you there and charge you the absolutely same amount of money as for a ”normal” room. Absolutely unacceptable for NH Collection, excuse me!!
My case: I went to my room and thought everything is ok. 4 hours later I figured out that the a/c doesn't cool down the room, but only the ventilation & heating functions are working. When I complained, the guy at the reception told me: ”I can't do anything right now, you just open your window and tomorrow when the technician can't repair the a/c, your room will be changed”. ***?! Really?! NH Collection??
On the next day they have me another room, where the a/c worked exactly for 24h. On the day I had to check-out, the a/c stopped working as well. The lady at the reception only said: ” Oh, also this room needs to be repaired”. When she opened her list, there were at least 10 rooms marked red with broken a/c.
In sum: Never again there!!!

I stayed at Five Reasons Hostel & Hotel on the night of October 3, 2024, and had an excellent experience. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, though I’ve forgotten her name. She set a great vibe for my stay, and I was able to check in earlier and even choose my own bed, which was a nice touch.
The beds have outlet chargers conveniently placed next to them, and the views from the hostel are stunning. The price is very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way as this hostel could easily get more popular. It’s perfect for anyone seeking serenity and peace, and two of the beds even come with privacy curtains.
There’s a lovely garden behind the kitchen, which is well-equipped with cutlery, a water boiler, a fridge, and a kitchenette. The hostel is easy to spot from the train station, and it offers direct transport to the airport, which is super convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of seating, making it feel homely.
This place is perfect for those who want a quiet, peaceful environment while still having spaces to socialize. I truly wished I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere a bit more. And there's a free tour, too! Highly recommended! (please don't increase the price! I'll comeback! 🥰)

PPengguna TetamuI loved age location of the hotel. It is near the Salzburg ZOB bus station and Salzburg main train station. It is also walking distance to lots of restaurants and the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are polite and helpful.

TTionEarly morning, 6 AM. The lady who works the new shift just gets in from the cold. There's 2 more behind the desk. I go to the reception to check out. She says quite rudely, raising her palm, ”5 minutes.” I am kind of late for my flight and nobody is there. 5 minutes? In that voice? At 6 AM? And you want a good review? The room was fine otherwise and the girl at the reception the previous night was super ok. It's just about chance, I guess. No standards

BBeryanThe B&B HOTEL Nürnberg-Hbf was a great choice for my stay in Nuremberg. Its prime location right next to the main train station made it incredibly convenient for arriving and departing, as well as exploring the city. With numerous tourist attractions within easy walking distance, I was able to effortlessly immerse myself in Nuremberg's rich history and culture. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. While I didn't have the opportunity to experience breakfast and the hotel's amenities, its unbeatable location alone made it a standout choice.

The room has a kettle, coffee and tea. But I didn't have a safe. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Excellent value for money and quality. However, the breakfast was disappointing, not worth the money, little choice, often had to wait for food to be brought back after it ran out. I recommend finding a cafe near the hotel and having breakfast there. But overall the breakfast is OK.
After checking out, I left my suitcases in the storage room, and there was also the opportunity to use the toilet room.
I would love to stay at the hotel again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!

Anyway, the best feature of this hostel is its location, as it's literally next to the bus station. You can arrive late at night without any worries since it's only a 1-minute walk, and you can even see the buses from the window. The train station is also nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk away.
The lobby is spacious and offers various seating options, including sofas, dining tables, and coffee tables. There are table games available for a relaxed atmosphere while waiting, and there's a small section for kids as well.
However, there are a few downsides. Towels are not provided, and the charging ports are limited to USB outlets, meaning you’ll have to use slower chargers since there are no dedicated power outlets.
