Hotel terbaik di Al Warraq

One of the best stays. The service is amazing. The gym has the most amazing view of the Nile river. The staff is very attentive and make sure you have a luxurious stay. Our room had the Nile view and was on the 14th floor. The hotel gets busy in the evenings. The hotel has the best food and also it has a lot of food joints opposite the road which requires 20 EP.

Never enter this hotel if you care to stay somewhere clean!! Day one of our stay, I found a cockroach next to my luggage, other than the one in the photo, and my husband killed it,we took it easy and just informed the housekeeping! Next day, as you see in the photo, we faced other type of cockroach walking on the wall, but this time it managed to get away and hide under the wooden floor!!!!! We called reception and the only thing they did was to send someone with an insecticide spray to spray the room!!! Without carrying about my asthmatic husband. Worse than that was when we noticed after checking in the pillow cases were so dirty, after asking housekeeping to bring us new ones, we just found them stained and then we asked them again for new ones!!! Second day, when housekeeping made up our room, we found spotted towels, or better to say unwashed towels rolled on the sink as fresh ones!!! Trust me, these are enough to not see any positive point about this hotel! However unfortunately we are in our second day of stay and we have booked for 4 more nights which I don’t know how we are going to continue...

With a couple of friends, we stayed at the President Hotel in October for a total of 3 nights, the hotel in itself was a major success, despite being quite low key online. The neighborhood it's located in is very secure and calm, Zamalek overall is a nice part of the city, with many places to visit, and cute hidden gems. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained; and the room-service was excellent. If there was one thing to be brought up as a downside, it would definitely be the Pyramids tour we had the misfortune of going through with the agency they work with. However, after having reported the horrendous experience we went through to the reception, our complaint was taken seriously immediately and the hotel managed a partial 45% refund of the money paid and apologized continuously for the inconvenience; kudos to Ahmad at the reception.

the hotel and the staff were good, there’s one lady from the reception with curly hair i liked her the most as she went out of her way to help me when i faced an issue with the bank and made sure afterwards that my issue was resolved. My first room had technical issues but they changed the room immediately for us.

You get a room and that is all and not a very good one at at that. The room had seen better days as it probably has not been renovated in decades. The TV that worked with one channel in Arabic and a remote that didn’t work. The tv was an old Grundig from the 1990’s. The wifi worked ok sometimes and not at all most of the time. The room had a Kitchenette that included a steam kettle. No coffee, no tea supplied. I thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Apparently it wasn’t included in my room purchase. It wasn’t a cheap purchase so I would hate to think whatever the more expensive package would cost. I was charged an extra 100 EGP for a breakfast that was very minimal. I tried to get the front desk to arrange a taxi for me. The front desk person told me to go out front and hail a cab. He simply walked away from me. Did he not know how difficult it is for a non Arabic speaking person to talk to a non English speaking cab driver. My advice to remember that foreigners need your help. My advice to anyone out there. Book another hotel. You pay 4 star prices for 1 star accommodation.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته شكر جزيل لادارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين وخاصهالموظفه —- منى——- من قسم المساج اشكر حسن تعاملها واتقانها لعملها حيث انها جمعت بين المساج والعلاج الطبيعي كنت اعاني من الم على مدى سنوات في الكتف والحمدلله انتهت المشكله ورجعت مرثانيه بعد شهرين تقريبا وايضا كنت اعاني من الم في القدم ولا استطيع المشي جيدا والحمدلله خرجت من عندها وانا بكامل عافيتي من هذا الالم صراحه تعتبر من الاسباب الرئيسيه لترددنا على الفندق نتمنى لها التوفيق ولها جزيل الشكر والعرفان

Nous avons vraiment aimé l emplacement. Une rue animée avec plein de restaurants de qualités, de cafés à chicha,… à proximité de tous et au centre du Caire. Il faut savoir que la piscine de m hôtel est aussi celle d un club de natation donc occupé du matin au soir. C’est un détail à prendre en compte si on pense y trouver de la tranquillité. Il y a ce qu’ils appellent là grand hammam qui est plutôt un bassin entre piscine et pataugeoire. Cela a fait l affaire de notre côté afin de nous rafraîchir après une journée de visite sous la chaleur. Nous n avions pas le temps de flâner o bord de la piscine avec la quantité de choses à faire au Caire. Le petit dej est correct et bon. Je trouve le rapport qualité prix bien. Nous étions cités dans une chambre côté rue ce qui paraissait être un problème à cause du bruit et des Klaxons incessant c est une habitude local mais finalement Non nous avons très bien dormi. Nous sommes des couches tard entre minuit et 2h donc c était plus calme.
