They're not pet friendly, with a caveat. They do have two rooms at the other side of the truck parking which has spotted in everything and in which the hot water takes ages literally more than 20 minutes to arrive, but for a night stop with your pet it's more than adequate and for the price it's really is unbeatable. The staff are really very nice apart from efficient and they did provide a secure parking space for both my car and my trailer which is a plus when you're traveling on the road and stopping in the middle of nowhere. The fact that they have and/or run a truck stop adds quite a bit of security as far as I am concerned. This concern also extends to the owners and workers. As mentioned, I got a secure enclosed parking for my car and trailer. I also noted at breakfast that they had stored others guests bicycles instead of them having to leave them on their car mounted trailers. This is a definite plus. Breakfast is ok, even if they don t seem to offer hot food, of the like of eggs, etc Definitely recommended.

This is a 3* hotel but is at the top end. The rooms ae smart and clean, the service is excellent. It is no-frills; you need to bring your own drinking water if you don't want to drink tap water. There are two universal soap dispensers in the bathroom, but the soap is not suitable as a shampoo substitute. Food: I only had breakfast, but this was really good with a a large selection of dishes to choose from. The dinner menu and the outdoor/indoor options for dining were being well used. The views from the room are lovely, I was on the 7 floor. Calatayud has seven castles to visit on the hills around the town, is very very hot, so the ac in the room is essential, and very effective. The room had a TV but I didn't use it. There is underground parking, a gym and spa, but the spa was not working whilst I was resident. Every member of staff was perfect, responsive, friendly and professional; well worth a 5* rating. The hotel is within walking distance of the town and the rail station. There are taxis at the rail station or can be called/picked up from the town centre. There are at lots of nice bars outdoor seating and a 1.5km Los Ramblas line on both sides with trees. complete with with chirping finches all night in the trees: the food especially the tapas is to die for. There is an excellent ladies' hair dressers almost opposite the hotel. Catalayud is host to more dental practices than any British town I've ever seen, luckily, I didn't need to use them. There are three outdoor public swimming pool ( unfortunately didn't get time to use them). Overall a great great holiday.

No se si tuvimos poca suerte con la habitación qque nos dieros, pero aún habiendo avisado en la resrerva con Destinia de querer una habitación lo más silenciosa posible, nos dieron creo yo una de las más ruidosas del establecimiento (210), daba a un patio con todas las extracciones de aire del edificio y varios aires acondicionados que hicieron que no pudiera descansar, a parte el aire de la habitación no funcionava correctamente por falta de caudal de aire debido a estar la turbina interior toda onstruida de polvo. Habitación amplia y baño con bañera anticuado pero funcionado. El desayuno es la elección de 2 piezas de dbollos caseros dulces o salados con zumo y cafe con leche. Resumiendo mucho nombre y poca suerte.

El recibimiento muy bien con facilidades.muy amables.la habitacion y baño,muy sencillo y algo antiguo pero limpio y y agradable, la calidad del wifi era buena y la situacion del hotel muy centrica. Calatayud es un lugar sin demasiado interes turistico si exceptuamos la iglesia de st Juan y el recinto de la dolores, Es un pueblo para una parada de paso. El casco antiguo esta muy abandonado. Se puede aparcar en la calle del hotel, es zona Azul pero a un precio perfectamente asumible

Very comfort room with window opening to the town for fresh morning and evening air. Restaurant meals for dinner and breakfast were delicious. Friendly, professional staff all round . Great location for walking through the old town. Bed was comfortable and the whole premises was very clean . Can recommend!

14-15/09. Fin de semana estropeado. Aniversario. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 16:30. Nos dieron una habitación que tenía un olor espantoso. Bajamos a informar en recepción y nos dicen que la Sra de la limpieza está en la cocina, que ya se pasará. Nos fuimos a tomar un café y al volver, 17:30, habían echado ambientador. Como habíamos reservado piscina y circuito de contrastes a las 18:30, nos fuimos sin más. Al volver, sobre las 20:30, el olor vuelve a adueñarse de la habitación y además hace bastante frio. Llamamos a recepción y nos dicen que la calefacción se encenderá cuando anochezca y baje más la temperatura. Decidimos ir a cenar y ver después, la estancia se está estropeando. Al volver a la habitación, sobre las 23 h, tenemos 17° y decidimos irnos ya que en recepción nos dicen que no se acribará el aire caliente (parece que nos habían engañado anteriormente) y no nos ofrecen un cambio de habitación. Finalmente decidimos quedarnos ya que el encargado de mantenimiento nos sube dos radiadores y reconoce que hace muchísimo frio en la habitación, son más de las 12 de la noche. Al día siguiente, domingo, nos dicen que no hay un encargado del hotel, pero podemos hacer una reclamación y el director se pondrá en contacto en 24 h para darnos una explicación. Decidimos pagar al considerar que el personal, aunque creo que no supo gestionar la situación (al irnos nos dijeron que había habitaciones libres y no entendían porqué no nos habían trasladado), no es responsable de la mala gestión global . Nadie nos ha contactado. El hotel necesita un mantenimiento importante para estar en fase con una categoría de 4*, posiblemente una mejora global de sus instalaciones de balneario, pero sobre todo una mejor gestión y trato sl cliente. Debería tener en cuenta que por la zona geográfica los cambios de temperatura día/noche son importantes y no puede hacer dormir a sus huéspedes a 17°. Desde luego, no hemos disfrutado del fin de semana. Sr Director, nos ha estropeado el aniversario.
