Let us be straight forward, this is a reasonable hotel classified as 4 stars… but within the 4 star family, I would say that it is rather basic. This is what I think: POSITIVE POINTS: + Pay the extra few EURO… but make sure you get a room facing the sea. The views are fantastic. + Reception staff is well trained, and took care of everything quickly and professionally during check-in and check-out. + I am not sure if the hotel offers parking, but why pay extra for parking, when just around the corner from the hotel is free and ample parking in the street... A mere 50 meter walk + The restaurant offers GOOD quality food (more below) + Internet worked without flaws SO-SO POINTS: +/- The outside bar is not as nice as the pictures advertised… and worked limited hours. It does not serve bar-food… only very basic sandwiches… or food from the restaurant (expensive for a bar). +/- I mentioned above that the food was of GOOD quality… however, the choices are extremely limited to a few dishes. I know that you do not need a huge menu – but a little more choice would have been appreciated. +/- Mentioned above about the extra euro for the view… but I must say that for a FOUR star hotel, the room does not feel as inviting and warm as a hotel classed in this family should. NEGATIVE POINTS - I thought the breakfast options were extremely limited, and very basic for a FOUR star hotel. - I would recommend the cleaning staff to be more energetic at their job. NO… the hotel is not dirty, but needs improving. SUMMING UP: A FOUR star hotel… needs a little finesse… which is missing in this place. Although it is in a nice and quiet area, it is still a long walk away from GOOD restaurants.

Amazing location overlooking Tortosa. The approach road was narrow and steep and signposting wasn’t great. However they have a large car park right outside the hotel. The reception staff were lovely and spoke many languages, English included, so check in was easy and problem free. We had a really nice room, with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the en-suite was spotless although I am not a lover of showers over the bath. The view from our room was amazing. We felt the restaurant was rather over priced and the food wasn’t to our taste, so we opted to eat in the bar area. The barman was lovely, couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant for the two nights we were there. Breakfast was included in our room rate and although there was a large selection of items, the room was stifling hot, that together with the surliness of some of the waiting staff meant we didn’t enjoy breakfast at all. We did have a nice stay but I’m not sure we would go again, the price was very high probably because of the location.

Lovely hotel/apartments. Very clean in all the main buildings. Lovely outside area, pool could do with clean. Mind you, it is March, so only the very brave or silly would go in it. The surround of the pool has a few sunbeds, but plenty of other seating. Beware, there are no kettles in the room, and none are held at reception. The coffee machine takes the little coffee canisters. Takes ages to try and make a cup of tea. We ended up using a pan to boil water for brews. A kettle in the room would be a good idea. Especially in the apartments. The bar is lovely, all staff are very friendly and will help where they can. We haven't tried the food yet, so I can not comment on that. Parking is underground with limited spaces. This is via side road on the right past the hotel. There is a petrol station across the road, a big supermarket and a LIDL nearby. They close 2100. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby apart the one in hotel. Loads of little extras in the room, toothbrush and paste, cotton wool pads and buds, razor (use at you own peril), shoe horn, shoe shine sponge and a little pack of cotton, needles and buttons.

Hotel que en fotos es fabuloso, sin embargo no es tanto en realidad. Atención exquisita de recepción. El hotel está en un sitio donde a las 17 está todo cerrado. Solo queda abierto el hotel . Llegamos sobre las 22.30 y no tuvimos opción de tener nada de cena, ni poder comprar nada alrededor para poder tomar algo. La piscina es pequeñísima Y el gimnasio muy muy antiguo y oxidado. El hotel es muy bonito, tipo boutique, El desayuno se sirve en mesa (hotel pequeño, desayuno buffet ni tiene sentido) pero todo es de gran calidad, y aunque al principio parecen pequeñas las porciones y escaso, quedas absolutamente satisfecho. Productos de calidad Error mío no avisar de intolerancia al gluten. El delta del Ebro se visita fenomenal desde aquí, sin embargo los millones de mosquitos que, necesariamente y estando donde estamos se esperan, al final se hacen pedazos y desagradables. Pero esto es así.

We returned today from a 1 week stay at Ohotel Les Oliveres and I can only say I wish it could've been for longer. The hotel itself is impressive and kept immaculately clean throughout however our stay was made even better by the wonderful staff who go out of their way on a daily basis, to make your stay even better. From the reception staff, bartenders, lifeguards, restaurant and entertainment staff, I can honestly say I have never been made to feel more welcomed and comfortable. We stayed on an 'all inclusive' package and the food each day was varied and delicious. A stones throw away is a beautiful little pebble beach with stunning views along the winding pathway. Yes, it may be away from the hustle and bustle of some holiday resorts but what you have on offer here is more than enough. We have absolutely loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat.
