Hotel terbaik di Malgrat De Mar

It was a good hotel, small and quite!Very good personal. The owner is speaking many languages and very careful with all his clients. Breakfast was tasty and with many options. Location is perfect, 5min to the beach, it's not in a tourist place, near some good restaurants and shops. Next time we will again stop there!

Pertama sekali, saya mesti menekankan bahawa ia sentiasa menjadi hotel pantai kegemaran saya. Pembersihan sangat baik, dan lebih banyak perhatian diberikan. Perlu disebutkan bahawa saya pergi ke semua merangkumi, pelayan bar sangat baik, terutamanya seorang lelaki muda bernama Harvey, yang sangat baik! Bagi makanan, ia jelas bukan 10/10, tetapi bagi saya ia adalah bufet hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi (pasta sarapan yang baru dibuat adalah hebat), di samping itu terdapat kawasan bakeware dan kuali untuk anda Mereka menyediakan banyak perkara seperti tortilla pagi, daging, dll. Kecuali orang yang sangat ramah seperti Mar atau Araceli, saya tidak boleh membuat sebarang kesilapan di kawasan bufet. Hakikatnya mereka kadang-kadang sangat sabar dengan pelanggan tertentu. We’ve just come back from a week all inclusive at this hotel and we honestly cannot fault it. We have had THE BEST time! Please ignore all the negative reviews as we feel they are really unjustified. All of the staff are fantastic, polite, helpful and so friendly - they’re up for a bit of banter and a laugh and joke! The bar staff especially are brilliant, they really looked after us well and made everything an enjoyable experience. By the end of the week, we felt like part of the furniture! The lady on reception (I think her name was Karen) was so kind and helpful and she always said good morning to us every day with a big smile, she helped us with our transfer and day trip to Barcelona and was great with any other help we needed. The all inclusive drinks start at 11, which wasn’t a problem for us! We ordered water to take to the room the night before so we had it for the morning while we waited. The coffee in the restaurant wasn’t for us but we paid €2 each for a lovely coffee in the pool bar before the all inclusive started and it was delicious! The drinks on offer were fantastic, the beer on tap was delicious and the Algeria punch is my new favourite cocktail ever! There was a large snack selection between meals, we had a toastie and crisps and a cornetto pretty much every day! They are really attentive around the pool and regularly clean away the cups and tidy the sun beds and parasols, they will also swoop in and replace ashtrays throughout the day and evening. We helped as much as possible and they appreciated you returning your cups when going back to the bar. Every day, we got a sun lounger up on the top terrace where the sun beds are so comfy! There is no rushing to grab a sunbed early in the morning as the pool area opens at 9 but there were still plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The pool was chilly but quite welcome given the heat! There were some fun aqua fitness sessions and games for the kids. There was a large group of teenage boys messing around at one point and the staff dealt with it promptly and calmly. We actually loved the food, we are one meat eater and one pescatarian and there was so much choice for both of us! The food trays were replaced so quickly and everything was hot and fresh! The fish and meat off the grill was particularly tasty and we loved the variety! We have each put on 5kg after eating so much! The staff were again very helpful in the restaurant and kind and were so quick at cleaning down tables and clearing away plates etc. The evening entertainment was great, lots of live music groups and even Brazilian dancers who were phenomenal! It made for a lovely atmosphere every night (not cheesy or dull) and everyone was singing and dancing together. There was a pool table for €2 which we enjoyed using. The room we had was perfect for us! There was a lift to use or the stairs. It was cleaned every day, towels replaced, bins emptied and sides wiped down. Had no complaints about cleanliness! rooms- very decent for a 3 star hotel, better than expected and better than reviews say. modern bathroom and aircon. stayed on the 8th floor so could not hear the disco club next to hotel. food- average for a 3 star. overcooked eggs and cold beans, pancakes and cereals fine. staff friendly and polite no issues. pool quite small and overcrowded. struggle to get sunbed unless first one down. only downside was this was a prime spot where carers bring disabled people. might sound harsh and not really an issue but we had 20+ disabled people at the hotel screaming and hitting themselves in the face. not really what you want to hear or see when you’ve come for a break in the sun. overall the reviews are harsh. not bad hotel to stay in for a cheap break away. i would probably stay in lloret de mar next time which is 30 mins 30euro taxi away. beach very close , train station 20 min walk.
