Beautiful. Helpful staff. Breakfast has lots of organic and vegetarian options. There are a few stairs to manage with your luggage to the front door. Great location!

静かな通りにカジュアルなホテル、居心地の良い広々としたお部屋に、親切なスタッフ。朝ごはんは新鮮でたっぷり（食器がiittala！）で、滞在している人たちが皆リラックスした表情だったのが、このホテルの価値を示している。歩ける距離にスーパー、トラム駅もあり、立地も問題なし。次回のヘルシンキ旅行でも是非利用したいです。

Es un hotel self check in sin ningún humano que te reciba, las llaves son un código de 5 dígitos que te envían un dÍa antes de ingresar a tu correo electrónico y sirve tanto para la puerta principal como para la puerta de tu habitación. Ya sabes al contratarlo que es un 2*, por lo que cumple con todo lo que promete y todo funciona correctamente, aunque la habitación es muy pequeña. El tema es que para el standard de precios de Helsinki, este hotel tiene una buena relación precio calidad y una muy buena ubicación, ya que llegues por bus o por tren desde el aeropuerto, el hotel está a 500 metros y cerca de todas las pocas atracciones que ofrece esta ciudad. Obtienes lo que pagas.

Tidak ada tempat letak kereta. Tempat letak kereta bawah tanah di luar ialah tujuh euro sejam, dan jalan itu empat euro sejam, tetapi anda tidak akan menemui tempat. Biliknya ringkas tetapi ok, bersih dan tenang.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and bedding comfortable. A small fridge and microwave were provided, along with basic crockery and cutlery for eating prepared foods. Although minimal in its provision, the location was excellent for exploring the city, with a handful of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a large shopping mall a few blocks’ walk. The main oddity was the lack of *any* staff onsite, requiring us to contact their call centre to obtain the checkin code, when it didn’t come through as expected. One could do worse - I will consider using it again.

Estaba bien el lugar para una estadía corta. Habría sido bueno tener claras las instrucciones para hacer funcionar el aire acondicionado, por suerte estaba fresco.

Tosi huono varauspalvelu ja jopa asiakaspalvelu. Maksoin hotellihuoneen, mutta koodia hotellihuoneelle ei lähetetty. Soitin maksulliseen aspaan, jossa kerrottiin, että tämä johtuu siitä, että en todistanut henkilöllisyyttäni (vaikka ei ollut mitään paikkaa missä pystyin tekemään sen) lähetin heille kuvan henkkareista, joka ei myöskään riittänyt heille. Aspahenkilöstö möläytti huoneen numeron, jolla pääsin sitten sisälle. Hän soitti vielä myöhemmin uudelleen koska henkilöllisyyttäni ei vieläkään pystytty varmentamaan ja oli hiljaa maksullisessa puhelussa 6minuuttia ja sitten sulki sen puhelun sanomatta mitään. Tunti myöhemmin vartijat tulee ovelle tarkistamaan henkilöllisyyttä, jolloin tämä saatiin hoidettua. Yhteensä olin n.25minuuttia puhelussa aspan kanssa, ei luulisi että on näin vaikeaa päästä huoneeseen mistä olet maksanut.

This top-notch hotel had excellent service, delicious breakfast, and small but elegant spa area. Location is perfect being across from a park and a quick walk to many attractions. The bakery connected to the hotel is also very good. I like how room service was included everyday. Also happy that spa entry and breakfast can be included in price for room. Prices were overall very reasonable for a hotel of this caliber. Highly recommend this place.

This is a lovely hotel that recently had its grand opening. There are 4 separate buildings, two restaurants and two bars. We had a large deluxe room with lovely linens and towels and a 2 sink bathroom with a separate large bathtub, lighted makeup mirror,and glass enclosed stall shower. Excellent water pressure and good AC. There are lots of outlets both bedside and desk and in bath for all of your electronic devices and all lights, music etc. are controlled by a tablet device in the room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were in building 3 and there are a few steps to enter the buildings. The room also had a sofa for seating, safe, nice sized closet and a few drawers. The room is well lit. The breakfast buffet was good and eggs were made well. My husband had sent his laundry to the hotel laundry and whoever they used did not get stain out of his shirt but I did when we got home….so a wasted laundry bill. We also had lunch outside one day on the terrace and salad and sandwich were good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
