In this new designation, the Grand Hotel de lOpera tribute to its talented tenants who only had to cross the street to perform on stage at the Theatre du Capitole.
In 1980, the amazing building is refurbished as a sumptuous 4 Star boutique hotel combining the mobility and the charm of Toulouse mansions.
Ever since, the reputation of the Grand Hotel de lOpera is established. Our hotel continues to warmly welcome guests from all over the world.
In 1996, a fire destroyed no less than 36 rooms. Two years later, Rouleau Hotellerie acquires the Grand Hotel de lOpera, gives it a fully new direction and restores the hotel to its full splendor.
The interior design was magnified by Elisabeth Drapeau.

PPengguna TetamuThe employees were so warm, especially the first young lady that checked me in. She was so helpful and kind. I was able to check in a half an hour early which meant alot to me. The food at the restaurant that night was delicious. Breakfast was great...I will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future. And, so, so close to the airport.

PPengguna TetamuWe spent four nights here and thought it was an excellent base for our Toulouse city break. It’s a short walk from the main train station, which we found very handy, having travelled here from Biarritz. The apartment had one bedroom with a balcony, plus we made use of the sofa bed as there were three of us. The kitchen area is well-equipped, and the apartment as a whole is clean and well maintained. We weren’t expecting it, but the apartment was serviced each day. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Juste un point négatif au petit déjeuner.
Je demande des œufs brouillé ou au plat .
La serveuse va demander en cuisine et la un cuisinier cri après elle . J'ai trouvé ça honteux .
La pauvre serveuse y était pour rien.
Il était 10h10 en sachant que les petits déjeuner s'arrête à 10h30 . Je me suis excusè auprès de la serveuse car à cause de moi , elle s'est faite disputer.
On m'a quand même apporté 2 œufs au plat .
Donc à revoir l'habitude de ce cuisinier car on l'entendait dans la salle .

PPengguna TetamuI thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant!
The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

DDream12650240865We often stay at the Pullman Blagnac and usually have dinner and breakfast (if our flight isn’t too early) there. The rooms are still in excellent condition although they haven’t been updated in a while. It’s worth the upgrade to a superior room as there are bathrobes, slippers and you get a Nepresso machine instead of instant coffee. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly! The front desk team: Gregory, Claudia and Pascal always greet you with big smiles. The biggest change however was the restaurant. In the past the food has always been good but our meals were outstanding! Both meals were creative, well presented and just delicious. To us the restaurant has become an even better reason to come back to the Pullman.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 3 nights for a long weekend in Toulouse. Booked direct through the hotel's own website with a competitive price. Location is excellent. Easy to get to from the airport using the T2 tram and then a change at Palais de Justice for the metro and then get off at Jean D'Arc and a few minutes walk. Well located for all the main sites. Le Capitole only an easy 10mins walk and the same for the train station the opposing direction. Gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and also helpful explaining that self service coffee, tea and water was always available in the reception area and that it was included in the price. This was very welcome for the mornings and when we got in in the evening after a day out. Room itself was small but had a generous and comfortable queen size bed though. Only one chair for the desk being a negative when there are two of you. One person had to sit on the bed! Bathroom in contrast was fairly spacious and not cramped compared to the main bedroom area. Everything seemed clean and modern. Good water pressure in shower and hot water always available. Room also had kettle and tea and coffee for when you didn't want to go back down to reception for drinks! Although the room was smaller than ideal, we enjoyed staying here for the facilities and location. if we returned to Toulouse, would certainly consider staying again. Can recommend.

PPleromaa👍🏻 Première fois en appartement hôtel, le studio est grand avec 1 séjour cuisine et une chambre. La cuisine est super équipée et on peut absolument tout faire : du café aux oeufs au plat. Le frigo permet de stocker des achats alimentaires.
👍🏽 Chauffage et climatisation compris. Silence des chambres. L'hôtel est bien desservi par les bus et le métro pour aller au centre ville, et aux alentours il y a des commerces, boulangeries, supérettes, kebabs ouz bars.
👎 Très mauvaise literie et les couvertures étaient pleines de cheveux des anciens clients. De même le sol avait une couche de moutons, et les rideaux étaient à moitié déchirés, mais on peut utiliser les volets roulants pour se préserver le soir.

PPengguna TetamuSitué dans une petite rue au calme, malgré la proximité du boulevard, 5 minute du capitole, 150 mètres des arrêts de bus de la station JEAN-JAURES,. Accueil souriant, chaleureux, prévenant, à l'écoute, personnel disponible; chambre confortable, propre, personnalisées avec air conditionné, couloir et lobby tout blanc, décor de suspension de cadres en bois, tout cela donne chaleur et un certain charme à l'établissement, chambres avec vue ou accès par le patio, literies très confortable, cousins supplémentaire, propreté, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner continental de bonne facture; petit bémol: service chambre pas toujours au top: 1 seule serviette dans une chambre double, pas de gobelet, tout cela a réclamé a la réception, que la chambre ne soi pas faite entièrement tout les jours ne nous dérangez pas, mais obligé de demander du papier toilettes le 4 è jours, en dehors de ces petits désagrément l'hôtel reste très agréable et très bien situé, je le recommande.

L'hôtel est vieillissant, loin d'être impeccable et des équipements obsolètes....La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme que si on bouge le lit, moisissures sur le rebord de fenêtre car pas de ventilation, radiateur grille-pain posé à même le sol, joints de douches noircis, vis manquantes sur le lit mezzanine (inquiétant)...

Hôtel bien situé Une recommandation: Arrivé à 22h30, les lumières extérieures étaient toute éteintes et la borne de retrait des clés plongée dans l'obscurité. Pas facile pour la carte bancaire dans le noir...Laisser un spot allumé au dessus de la borne rendrait l'opération plus pratique. Sinon je recommande sans réserve cet hotel
