Good location, great and clean, unique english style design, modern, relaxed ambience and friendly staff, but when take lift to level, still need climb up some staircase before access to room

A nice newly renovated hotel. With super high temperature in Toulouse last week the new AC tremendously helps. However, where my room was facing too close to the apartments in the back and I could not at all open the curtain anytime, rather unsafe especially for female guests.

The pros : location is interesting, within walking distance of the city center. Rooms are quite large and relatively quiet. Good value for money. The cons : poor level of service, one staff only to deal with everything is evening and clearly not familiar with the systems. For example he insisted on taking a guarantee on my credit card but was unable to provide a slip showing that it was indeed a guarantee and not an actual payment. Some areas of the hotel were still being worked on and looked more like a worksite than an hotel. Lastly, access by car isn’t easy, it’s impossible to park in front of the hotel.

Newly renovated and stylish. We stayed here the 2nd week after renovation. Not completely ready for guests, but staff did the best they could to smooth the rough edges and make accommodation. Pluses: great breakfast (even for the above average 22E price), convenient location, helpful staff. Our room was small for a couple but no idea if it was typical. We might stay here again for convenience to the train station and the big market, but then again, we usually walked to a nearby and hipper neighborhood for dinner!

Completely renovated hotel. The design is very modern and chic. Great beds and super friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. The theme of the hotel is the music of Manchester in the 80’s which is quite original for Toulouse Will definitely be back next time I’m in town

I went for business for 2 nights to the Toulouse Best Western Hotel. Although the breakfast was good, the location very centric and the hotel was nice, the fact that made different our experience was the service delivered by Laura. She was always with a smile, being nice with every single client and very comprensive with every single situation. Sometimes in life, is not about the commodities and services, is more about the people and how they treat to you. Thank you Laura for everything!

This hotel is very centrally located near all the main tourist places and close to the Metro. The staff are very nice and even managed to get us an early check in. However when we got to our room it was really disappointing. The decoration was very tired. The carpet was stained and worn and had definitely seen better days. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovation and hopefully gets through this soon.

The first room we have been assigned was not clear, hairs in the bath and left over of the previous guest in the fridge during covid? Seriously? For the mistake we obtain a room which was worse then the first one and an apologies... I would have expected somenthing more! An error can be made, but the way you solve it says a lot about your customer care policy. It needs to be renovated. The location, on the other hand, is very close to the centre of the town. The supplementary price for the animals in my opinion is too high, same opinion for the breakfast cost, which is not included. If you can chose do not go to the underground parking in front of the hotel... It really expensive, almost 30 euro from 8 pm to 10 am.

Une jolie adresse en plein centre ville. Cet hôtel a récemment fait neuve et ça se voit. La déco est soignée, les écrans télé géants, la propreté irréprochable, la literie de bonne qualité et le petit déjeuner excellent. Le personnel est chaleureux et efficace. Il faut néanmoins aimer les vieilles demeures car tout est biscornu ( les chambres), les couloirs étroits avec des marches partout, ça monte et ça descend beaucoup. Il ne faut pas non plus avoir le sommeil léger car l'isolation phonique des chambres donnant sur le cours Jean Jaurès laisse à désirer et celui-ci est vraiment bruyant. A noter aussi une absence de patère dans notre salle de bains, un ustensile pourtant pas si inutile ...
