Nice Room but not the good location for who do not have car. Staff do not speak English.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche aéroport avec grand parking gratuit. La chambre famille est grande, mais salle de bain étroite pour 4. Literie confortable. Check-in facile et simple en borne en dehors des horaires de réception (notamment lors d’une arrivée tardive). Petit déjeuner avec de bons produits, mais sans plus. Nous reviendrons sans doute pour un prochain séjour.

到觀前街比較方便，但窗景都是居民區，早飯衹能去酒店外的麪店。

Отель был на небольшой реновации, но в качестве компенсации руководство отеля предоставило нам небольшую бутылку кремана и напитки из мини-бара. Завтрак отличный. Круассаны просто великолепные, вкусные сыры с плесенью, французское соленое масло, возможность сделать свежевыжатый сок из апельсинов.

Convenient hotel before flying from Basel airport. Nothing charming or special but efficient. Receptionist where not very polite nor professional.. but overall it’s ok

This hotel/apart is very comfortable and available for long stays on Basel. You do not need to pay too much to hotels on Basel, you can stay here. The tram is near the border. Border is located 1-2 min by foot. Room has a kitchen and some goods to make any cook.

Остановились здесь на 1 ночь перед вылетом из аэропорта Базеля. Отель выглядит интересно. Номер уютный, свежий и чистый, полностью оборудован. Есть кофе-машина, капсулы, чайные пакетики, бутылка с питьевой водой. Приятно было получить угощение от отеля - пару печений, очень вкусно! Немного непривычно, что душевая не в отдельном помещении, она отделена от спальной зоны стеной. Наутро отель предоставил трансфер до аэропорта без дополнительной платы.

I understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first. I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine. More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable. This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me.
