Un hôtel d une autre époque 😂 Une odeur de tabac donnant l impression de dormir à côté d un cendrier. Même les serviettes situées dans la chambre ont l odeur de tabac.... Pas de savon dans la douche et un bruit permanent tout au long de la nuit. A éviter absolument surtout l hiver vue l isolation 😁

Nous sommes restés une nuit et nous avons été très bien accueilli par une équipe jeune, enthousiaste et souriante. Juste après avoir réservé via une plateforme de réservations,nous avons été rappelés pour nous indiquer un changement d'horaires d'ouvertures. Très appréciable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée comme indiqué sur le site. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et à volonté.

Trois chambres réservées pour deux nuits Premier soir, deux cartes magnétiques sur trois ne fonctionnent pas, obligé de redescendre à l'accueil pour rectification Le lendemain, arrivé à deux heures du matin après le restaurant, encore une carte magnétique HS, appel de l'astreinte, obligé de redescendre à l'accueil, ça commence à bien faire Et c'est pas tout, travaux de voirie à côté de l'hôtel, début des travaux à...SIX heures du matin, pelleteuse, bip bip des camions en marche arrière... Réveil très matinal donc... Hôtel à fuir si vous souhaitez une nuit calme et reposante Le problème de carte n'est pas normal, il doit y avoir un dysfonctionnement connu de l'hôtel mais pas résolu... Le problème lié au bruit des travaux n'a pas été signalé lors de la réservation téléphonique En plus, pour faire des économies, une serviette par chambre par défaut, on vous demande si il est nécessaire de faire le ménage le matin suivant la première nuit, question surprise, et bêtement, nous avons répondu ''non'' Et encore une femme de ménage en moins.. T Bref, très en colère contre cet hôtel Mon conseil, passez votre chemin, il y a d'autres hôtels à Roanne
