Hotel terbaik di Lyon

+ It’s not that far from the center by tram or metro and the main railway station (but I didn’t feel completely safe in this residential area). The bed is big and everything is ok in the room, you have all you need from iron to cattle. It’s more or less clean. You can use a coffee machine for free. The staff was nice and friendly. - Very bad isolation, you can hear everything from the inside and outside (I’m very sensitive when it comes to noise). So I don’t recommend this place for those who struggles to fall asleep or who needs calm atmosphere. There’s no air conditioning in the building (the thing I didn’t take into account when booking my stay in Lyon). The rooms are not even aired so it feels like sauna inside. And the streets around are quite noisy from the traffic so I couldn’t open a window for whole night (but there’s a noisy ventilator that might help). Also the furniture was a bit damaged, the curtains were greasy(looked like someone ate a whole fried chicken and used the curtains to clean his hands). The wallpaper was greasy in some places as well. All in all, it’s a practical place to stay if you’d like to cook your meal or to iron your clothes, there’s enough place not to feel tight. We didn’t cook anything since we traveled to a new city every day. Otherwise I’d recommend just to take a hotel not far from the center. The breakfast costs 10€ but there’s no big choice, so I’d recommend just to take you croissants on the corner of the building and to take a free coffee in the hotel. Or there is also a nice market (Les Halles) with bakeries and fish restaurants just across the road where you can find local products of good quality.

Great family stop over. 1200klms hear on our first day and we are ready for a treat when we arrive. Never disappointed. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant has change little over the years but the food and service are first class. Nothing is too much trouble, its actually nice to see people enjoying there job, and being good at it.

Stayed 3 nights here in early September 2022. The hotel is right next to the train station in a building with the Mercure and Ibis budget hotels inside as well. At the moment, and still, the same entrance is used for the Ibis styles and budget hotels, which is a bit bothersome. Staff not friendly / welcoming. Breakfast is basic, often supplies are not refilled (staff very slow) and messy. There is not a lot of space. The bar is closed so for the welcome drink had to go to the Mercure hotel bar. Room was on 9th floor with a nice view of the train station. It was very quiet - they have 2 windows. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Room itself a bit worn down (walls etc.), but I guess it is a busy hotel and not all travelers behave. Overall a nice base for the weekend in Lyon. Walking time to the city centre and the main tourist sights amounts to around +-30mins. WARNING!: Be very careful with the vending machine here, next to the reception & elevators: a bottle of water costs 2 Euro. I was charged 3 times 2 Euro for one water bottle and I am now trying to figure out how to get my money back! Also very strange that as a Gold member they do not provide 2 bottles of water for free in the room per day!

As normal the reception from your receptionists was warm and welcoming, the breakfasts were up to their usual standard and the Polish lady was as friendly and helpful as ever. My usual room (30) was comfortable and of a good size and was clean and tidy when I came back in at night. My only negative is that the wi fi connection is very poor and more often than not I had to use my mobile hot spot to be able to have gmail or a video conference which obviously costs money so perhaps a booster in the corridor would help

Appart duplex très bien dans l'ensemble Accueil très sympathique et personnel très accueillant et disponible On a même piu avoir un appart plus grand Une fenêtre ne fermait pas, la personne s'est déplacée tout de suite pour régler le problème Literie sur partie haute bonne Literie canapé lit très mauvaise Niveau cuisine c'est compliqué pour faire chauffer car sur témoin ne sont quasiment plus visible Il manque aussi un peu de vaisselle et la port du meuble était cassée sur la partie haute Sinon dans l'ensemble bon séjour et satisfait pour un appart duplex à 5 min à pied de la gare et avec tous les transports à proximité

Arrivé à moto pour un week-end en amoureux, nous avons choisi cet hôtel absolument charmant, avec une place au chaud dans un garage pour la moto, accueil chaleureux et personnel très agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre la plus grande, mais elle était tres confortable et équipée d'une baignoire à bubulles. Le restaurant est excellent, ils ont su s'adapter rapidement et efficacement à mon intolérance alimentaire que nous avions oublier de mentionner lors de la réservation. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Mention spéciale à la dame de l'accueil qui nous a servis un digestif et un café.

Fun place, well designed, super efficient staff, highly recommended

Conveniently located right next to the metro station. Staff that helped us check in was nice. There is a passcode to enter pass 8:30 pm. One bad thing about the hotel is there is no housekeeping to make the room and we were not make aware of that by the staff, but we were staying only for 2 nights maybe that’s why. One other thing was that sound proofing was not the best (i could hear people opening and closing doors and cars driving by) but this did not affect my stay much.

It’s a shame that I only stayed at this hotel for two nights because it was so comfortable, clean and had a great location. Public transport in Lyon is really good so it was easy to get to the city centre in just a few minutes from the hotel. However, the best thing about the hotel was the very affordable and comfortable room. Would certainly return!
