Really enjoyed the two night stay here. Its located in the middle of the country with very little nearby. You need to drive here and have access to car/bikes during your stay. We had our own bikes and they had a secure cycle store onsite which was very handy. Easy 20 min cycle into town, slightly harder up hill ride back! The design of this hotel is super, so many details it's hard to list but the rooms are well designed with good amount of surfaces and storage for 2 people! Beautiful little window seats to take in the view. Coffee and coffee machine provided. Stunning heated pool facing into the vineyards, two saunas and a steamroom. Breakfast was excellent, a little slow on service to be honest but excellent nonetheless. We taxied out one night (no issues getting out and back) and ate in the hotel on the second night. Dinner was also excellent as well. Highly recommend and would return.

Booked last minute as needed we needed an overnight stay on way to Eurotunnel and chose Premier Classe as we knew we could self check-in after the reception closed. Have used the chain before but this is one to avoid. The location is fine for access to the Autoroute but that's the only positive. The car park was unlit and reception was difficult to find. There was a sign but this takes you to the Campanile next door. Eventually we found the self check-in machine but again the hotel exterior was unlit making it difficult to find our room. The room itself smelt damp and the towels were also damp and there was water on the floor. We discovered that the cause was the air con unit which was leaking water. We didn't use any other facilities if indeed there were any, just wanted to get out of there after a few hours sleep.

PPengguna TetamuReally enjoyed the two night stay here. Its located in the middle of the country with very little nearby. You need to drive here and have access to car/bikes during your stay. We had our own bikes and they had a secure cycle store onsite which was very handy. Easy 20 min cycle into town, slightly harder up hill ride back! The design of this hotel is super, so many details it's hard to list but the rooms are well designed with good amount of surfaces and storage for 2 people! Beautiful little window seats to take in the view. Coffee and coffee machine provided. Stunning heated pool facing into the vineyards, two saunas and a steamroom. Breakfast was excellent, a little slow on service to be honest but excellent nonetheless. We taxied out one night (no issues getting out and back) and ate in the hotel on the second night. Dinner was also excellent as well. Highly recommend and would return.

Loved this quirky hotel which was once a fire station very modern but with touches of old features towards its former use. The staff went above and beyond to make are break perfect (to booking a restaurant for us to valet parking and just being friendly and helpful)We sipped champagne at the front of the hotel restaurant outside with a back drop of the cathedral. Must just mention the delicious breakfast too.

We arrived around 11 after 30hrs travelling from Australia, so were very grateful when advised we could get a room straight away! So nice to be able to have a shower to recharge, then go exploring. The room was very nice, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with rainfall shower head in the shower. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, despite our terrible French. The hotel is well located for exploring Reims, with many restaurants and bars located within walking distance. When we come back (and we will), we come and stay again.

In the envelope was the key card and welcome letter. The room was very clean and also the bathroom. The free wi-fi code is available by scanning the QR code when you turn on the TV. They provided us with enough clean towels. The kitchenette was equipped with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove for cooking, a pot and a pan, cutleries, even a small dishwasher. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuJust about 150m from the main champagne house street, this charming little hotel was the perfect place for my lady friend and I to lay out heads after a day of walking the city of Épernay. Overall the Hotel was nice, but I really did not like the fact that they are not staffed all the time and check in doesn't even begin until 1700, I have never seen that as a matter of fact. 1500, I can understand but 1700 is ridiculous. The room that was given was nice overall, a tad small but still acceptable. Also if anyone is in the hall you can hear each word they say clearly so they should work on the soundproofing. But overall I would stay here again.

LLivelaneWhere do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

PPengguna TetamuAVOID Don't stay in this hotel if: you like your room dark, your beds not creaky, but most of all if you would like your hotel to take responsibility for other guests being able to enter your room during the night. Around 2:30 PM we were woken up by another (drunk) guest in our room, who was accompanied by a group of friends outside. My wife was terrified. Safe to say we did not sleep much after that. The next day we took this up with the reception, where security footage showed that the door opened by itself in the early hours of the night. The door had been closed properly and locked. The hotel proceeded to do their very best to put the blame for this occurrence on us and on the guest entering our room in the middle of the night, even when it turned out the door-closing mechanism was faulty as it was not screwed onto the door. The hotel manager even tried to downplay the fact that the door-closing mechanism was faulty to us. Then, the email address they provided to us to escalate our complaint bounced (yes, we double-checked the spelling). As a result, we've lost all trust in this hotel, and we'd not be surprised if they try to blame us again for the door opening by itself due to a faulty door-closing mechanism in the middle of the night in a response below. At least none of our things were taken and my wife wasn't alone in the room. It could have been much worse than a few lost hours of sleep. We will never stay in any Vacancéole property ever again. We'd recommend you to do the same.
