This hotel is an absolute gem. We stopped here overnight on our way through France to Munich I hesitate to give it a good review as I don't want everyone to know about it! We arrived on a Sunday evening when the reception was not staffed but this was not a problem at all. We were provided with access codes to enter the building and the room and we were soon ensconced in our very comfortable and modern room overlooking the very attractive village. Unfortunately, as it was a Sunday, the best local restaurant was not open but there are a couple of other options in the village. There is an honesty bar at the hotel reception with a selection of beers, wines, soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options and set in a delightful sunny room. The owner and staff were all so pleasant and friendly. This is an independently run hotel and has a truly personal touch. It is very clean, well decorated and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value too. It does not have a lift so this might be an issue for some travellers. The hotel has a couple of parking spaces right outside which we used but there also appeared to be plenty of parking on the street or in the small village car park just adjacent.

Jennifer a prit notre réservation par téléphone, elle s’est montrée très aimable et professionnelle.Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Samir avec des tips pour visiter la ville ! Ce petit hôtel familial est adapté aux familles . On reviendra !

Je suis venu plusieurs fois à l’hôtel roi soleil à Mundolsheim la dernière fois cette en 2021 j’été toujours satisfais. Toujours un très bon accueil au niveau du personnels ait a contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Parking non garde vus que la port reste ouverte la nuis dans le temps cette fermes don que risque de se faire cambrioler la voiture Literie très confort et chambre très propre. Par contre il ne faux pas venir les weekends par ce que les chambres le dimanche ne sous pas nettoyer, lit pas fait, entretiens pas fais “dommage“, par contre on paye le m’aime prix. Petit déjeuné pat terrible, le pain pas frais, croissent et pain au chocolat pas de bonne qualité et dans le temps le petit déjeuner été plus copie il y avez jambon, salami, etc etc, jus d'orange qui ne ressemble à définitions de l’hôtel prix pas Adé coite avec les prestations

Hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
La chambre familiale est fonctionnelle avec une bonne optimisation de l'espace.
La literie demeure très confortable comme dans l'ensemble des hôtels de l'enseigne.
Un petit bémol pour le confort des oreillers qui ne présentent pas le volume habituel des oreillers de la chaîne et la propreté des locaux (présence de poils dans un des lits, douche et robinetterie mal ou pas nettoyée).
Mais ces détails sont compensés par la sympathie de l'hôte.

B&B Hotels have been our go to hotel since arriving in Europe. The price and proximity to our attractions / destinations have been perfect … UNTIL this stay at the Nord Artisans location. First, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was obviously from the front desk worker. Granted, he was nice. Upon arriving to our room, the sheets, floor, and bathroom seemed clean (which is why I rated them 2/5 and not a 1/5). The window was full of spider webs, one spider, and bugs. That tells me the window area had not been cleaned. I killed the bugs and we left for dinner, and upon returning, there was another bug crawling above the bed. It was one night, so I ****** it up, but I may be back to strictly Marriotts after this stay. B&B has one more opportunity with the hopes this was a one off.

Idéal pour une pause sur la route, proche des embranchements autoroutiers. Hotel récent, propre et confortable. Personnel attentif et disponible, accueil simple et professionnel. Chambre bien conçue, pratique, propre. Rien à redire ! Bonne insonorisation, climatisation disponible. Le + : borne de recharge pour voiture électrique gratuite pour les clients de l’hôtel. The hotel is located away from the city center and is located exactly the opposite side indicated by Google Maps. A tram station is right in front of the hotel, if you want to go downtown where parking is difficult. The reception is open 24 hours a day which is very important. The Reception Hall is Open Space for different activities, restaurant lounge bar and a reading area and games room and a TV area. Breakfast is well provided, but as 90% of the client are early risers, if you get there 9:15 a.m., there is almost nothing left to eat and the kitchen service only replenishes the buffet after a severe complaint from a customer. Which is a shame compared to the quality displayed by the hotel. The hotel must see this problem of supplying the buffet at breakfast. This is my observation of two successive mornings. The hotel hasn't'its own car park, but a car park in partnership with Parking Futura is just near the hotel. The car park is closed and secure and paying. There are family rooms for four adults at this hotel. A family room is composed of two independent rooms with a single main entrance and two independent entrances inside. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed and cleaned and are tidy and clean down to the bathroom.
