Hotel terbaik di Tresserve

I am writing this review in the dark on a picnic table because there is only 1 light in the room and it is a pendulum light in the corner next to the bed. I guess they want to save on electricity. The rest of the room is dark. I would really like to get out of here and find a better hotel. If I could leave at this very moment I would. This hotel is OK but not if you are on business and I am stuck here all week. For what they are charging, there is no desk, no refrigerator no microwave, no Ice, no laundry facility, no shuttle service and very little lighting in the room. However, the AC is good, the wifi is good, the bed is comfortable and it is very quiet here. The breakfast buffet is nice and the staff were friendly. My room came with an extra bed and a nice private balcony. Since there was no desk in the room, I removed the picnic table from the balcony and brought it into the room and it now serves as my workstation but I need more light in here. One pendulum light just doesn't do it! A bottle of water at the front desk is 4.50 Euros. The front desk offers snacks at outrageous prices. $10.00 Euros for a slice of pizza and $5.00 Euros for a hot dog. This is the kind of hotel that will nickel and dime you to death. They give you nothing and charge you for everything. Although I have no interest in this, they call it a spa but the facilities here look like they have seen better days and are worn out and are spent. There is really nothing within walking distance. It is remote and the only things nearby are a grocery store and a pizza shop. If you want a pet friendly hotel than this is the place for you. If you are on a business trip then go somewhere else. This hotel is so wrong for me I wish I was booked somewhere else. I will never come back here again I will avoid all Ibis hotels like the plague for all of my future business trips.

Globalement bonne expérience… l’hôtel est grand, la partie spa et piscine vraiment sympa ! Je note 4 étoiles et non 5, pour la partie ridicule suivante : statut gold/platinum depuis de nombreuses années : - pas de surclassement à l’arrivée alors qu’il y avait des chambres supérieures disponibles - le bon boisson(pour membre silver et +) pour une seule personne, alors qu’il y a encore quelques mois c’était pour deux voir pour autant de personne qu’il y avait dans la chambre Et comble de tout, dans notre chambre de 3… une seule bouteille d’eau (petit format) dans l’espace froid, qui trônait seule, tel un trophée ! d’un ridicule … Il faut que Accor fasse quelque chose et vite! perso je n’ai plus d’intérêt de jongler entre le statut Gold et Platinum si les avantages sont néants.

Hôtel agréable au calme avec un parking très pratique. Mais quelques points négatifs : le lit faisait du bruit lorsqu'on se retournait, avons trouvé des cheveux qui ne nous appartenaient pas. La salle de bain serait à moderniser, la robinetterie par exemple et puis une douche serait plus pratique que la baignoire. Repas du soir corrects mais sans plus. Mais le personnel très accueillant Côté soins rien à redire. Toutes les intervenantes sont très sympathiques et professionnelles. Bravo à elles. Par contre côté planification ce n'était pas top, il y a même eu des oublis... et pour nous une répartition pas terrible

Très bonne expérience dans ce joli hôtel ! Nous avons passé une nuit avec petit déjeuner et thalasseo inclus dans notre réservation. Jolis chambre avec des équipements pratiques et fonctionnels comme des portes coulissantes délimitant l’espace de la salle de bain que l’on peut ouvrir et fermer. Espace détente très agréable avec piscine, hammam, sauna, et un tout nouveau jacuzzi! Le petit déjeuner était un régale, avec un large choix de produits (salés, sucrés, fait maison ou pas ….), nous sommes ressorties le ventre plein !

Convenable pour une nuit ou deux ! Taies d oreillers sales, pas de sèche cheveux, lampes de chevets qui ne fonctionnent pas,les lentilles du précédent client collées sur la table de nuit, prévoir une lampe frontale pour accéder à la baignoire. Les plus :clim qui fonctionne, petite terrasse pratique pour fumer, sanitaires propres, un passage piétons à traverser pour aller prendre le train, literie confortable.

We had a very nice self-catering apartment which was well equipped, comfortable and spacious, with a good sized balcony and efficient air-conditioning. It’s in a convenient central location. We were particularly pleased that the staff allowed us to check in early.

The hotel is located in the center of town, I walked to the ******, the market and the main streets with shops and restaurants. My room was on the 3rd floor and has been recently renovated. Ample space with a seating area, good size closet for a week vacation, and view overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. Benjamin at the Front Desk was very professional and friendly, he was kind and provided a great explanation of services at check-in. I requested an iron and board and it was delivered promptly. Separate shower/sink from toilet. Coffee maker and mini fridge, Marshall speaker to pair your own device. Great wifi (complimentary) reception in my room. The only suggestion I have is to add one more trash can in the room, there is only a small one in the bathroom. I definitely recommend this hotel for your time in Aix-les-Bains.
