酒店很好，第一次住這樣大的膠囊房酒店，麻雀歲小，五臟俱全，非常乾淨整潔沒有異味，服務也很好，住在機場裏，要趕飛機特別方便！很滿意的一次入住！

A one night stay with 8 nights parking booked through 'Holiday Extras' at a very reasonable rate. Really lovely hotel. Easy to find and very friendly staff. Our room was modern and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed a few drinks in the bar & on the terrace and had a very nice evening meal. A good start to our holiday! We had an early flight from Gatwick so didn't get to try breakfast but that was to be expected as our taxi was booked for 4.45am! The hotel sort the taxi for you and gave us the number to call for our return to pick up our car (£19.50 each way) It all worked our perfectly. It's only about a 15 minute drive to Gatwick. Our car was parked in Car park B. Yes it was a bit wet & muddy on our return but hey, it had clearly been raining loads while we were away enjoying some sunshine! Certainly nothing to moan about a few muddy puddles! Thank you Stanhill Court. We will recommend for sure!

Clean, quiet and great sized room. A little expensive for what it is but all the Gatwick hotels seemed overpriced. Walkable to the South terminal (around 10 mins) but not easy to find the best walking route from the terminal car park when dark - some signs at the car park building may be helpful. Bar closes a little early too.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming in my current stay. However the toilet and shower is not separated. So the whole toilet seat and the floor will get wet after shower. Bed is clean and comfortable. The room is still a little bit dark when all lights have turned on.

We have been staying at the Hotel for a few weeks now. After long hours at work, we just wanted to stay somewhere where we can disconnect with work, relax and connect with other people. Nevertheless, I would like to share with everyone that Bar attendant (James) would always go that extra mile to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Is not just about serving you a drink and taking orders. Excellent customer service by always interacting with customers, offering advice, friendly, accommodative making our staying very pleasant. I specifically booked a night at the Sofitel Gatwick because it included 'Meet and Greet' parking with Maple Parking. Had they not included this I would have still stayed but made other arrangments for my car. I arrived at the Maple Parking Meet and Greet and parked the car. Took my keys over to the attendant and signed in. I then asked if they could give me 20 minutes to check in to the hotel, change clothes and bring a bag back to the car. We didnt want to bring a bag of unclean clothes on holiday with us. Here's where things went downhill faster than Gwynth Paltrow on ski's. The attendant, a tall bloke with a mid-european accent shouted at me 'No, do you know you are at an airport'. He actually shouted this. Shouted. To a customer. Take a minute to breathe that in. Fortunatly I knew I was at an airport, having driven 4 hours to get there. To hear that I was at an airport was no surprise, to be shouted at by a car park attendant was. I explained that I didnt want to take a case of unclean clothes on holiday with me. His response to that was 'we are extremly busy and your car will be removed immediately'. I asked if the hotel would hold the bag and he replied 'No they will not hold your stupid bag'. Here's where I should have murdered him with his Maple Meet and Greet Staff lanyard, but I did not. I asked for my keys back to be told once again in an truely agresive manner 'if you take your keys I will close the entry and you can't come back'. I took the keys and left. I then had to park at Gatawick Long stay for an additional £150. We finally checked into the hotel, explained the situation. The checkin lady (Alessia?) apologised and gave us two tokens for a free drink at the bar. They also kept our bag for us. Is this the fault of Sofitel Gatwick? I think it is. They decided to partner with a company that treats people appalingly. So they've got to accept responsibility for that. Please share this review, If I saw something like this I would have chose another car park or another hotel. Other people should be warned.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed, easy access to the terminal. Great that they had an early breakfast for those with early flights!

Can’t really fault the hotel other than the lack of an accessible window, which I completely get with being close to the airport. The bar staff were very friendly, the food really good - and the shower and bed ideal. Ideal, if you’re looking for a stopover before flying from Gatwick. Thank you for a very comfortable stay - all of the staff were helpful. Top tip - definitely get the shuttle bus if staying at this hotel, public transport leaves you a fair walk.

從機場到酒店，巴士很方便，巴士站就停在酒店門口，一個人2鎊。趕飛機的住一晚還是可以的。 衛生：一餐飲：周邊沒有餐飲店，一個加油站裏有小超市。大概步行1公裏有一個大型超市。
