Welcoming staff and trained as well like professionals Such a nice stay there room was so nice warm and well cleaned the bar service sa amazing people who served us was really good Breakfast was good as well as we had dinner and dinner was yummy and delicious

The personnel was very good, friendly, and well-trained. There is a fantastic spa in the hotel that provides great services and there's also a swimming pool, exquisite with warm water. I had lunch , which was beautifully presented and delicious. There were a tonne of supper alternatives, and the cuisine was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay here and i'll surely visit next time

Staff was excellent, welcoming and well trained. Hotel is having gym facility indoor as well as hotel swimming pool was so beautiful and having warm water I had breakfast it was so nice to eat and well displayed. In dinner there was so many options to eat and the food was really tasty My all over experience was so nice can’t wait to stay again

Comfortable chic rooms and very cosy bed good sized TV . Good power shower . There is a shuttle bus which costs £5 to the hotel and is about fifteen minutes away from the south terminal . The entrance is trendy and has a speak easy type feeling . The recoeonsist was very pleasant and welcoming . The bar lounge is tastefully decorated and serves an array of American style food and drinks . The Chicken cesar salad was delicious . I would defintely stay here again . It says what it says on the tin .

Staff was excellent and helpful. Quick check in. Breakfast was really nice. Swimming pool was really nice and having warm water. Gym is located in hotel with good machines. Food in dinner was excellent and delicious. All over experience was awesome ☺️

This hotel is fabulous spot on, only opened 1st April 24, I stayed 3 nights working in Crawley the rooms are fabulous very comfy. All staff are very helpful plus very friendly they cannot do enough for you. My room was spotless very cosy, everything you need. I needed more milk and tea bags they gave me a lot more for the room. The food is beautiful lovely breakfasts and two main meals in the evenings really great food plus lots of alcohol choice and the lovely bar they have. I would stay here again in a heartbeat Thank you Raddison Red 😊

Thought I’d try this one in Crawley/ Gatwick as it has a gym. Cockroaches in the bathroom and hotel plays bar music until you complain at 1am. They also don’t answer the phone when you do call downstairs to complain about the cockroaches. Do not stay here if you need a clean bathroom and a good night’s sleep.
