Booked two rooms for a one night stay as this place is near to the viewing area at Heathrow airport. Unfortunately neither of us slept much due to poor quality matresses and thin curtains letting the light in. Also the walls are paper thin so you can hear everthing from the next room. The man that checked us in did not speak much english and seemed in a rush to get away. My room seemed clean but my friends was not, hairs and stuff in the bed. The tray with tea and coffee had no milk and the kettle was very dirty. One sachet of coffee was provided but this was a 3in1 which contained sugar. Plenty of tea bags, a few sugar sachets but no use without milk. We arrived too late to do much about any of the complaints and the man did not seem to speak english anyway, and we left at 0600 and there was no one around. On the plus side both rooms had a fan provided. My view, pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

It would be ok for one night after your late night from airport but it hard to call the taxi. **the check in information is clear from what’s app/call center staff is helpful

I had a very pleasant stay here. The best part was the customer service: every single member of staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, as you would expect. Even though it is very close to the airport, you can't hear any planes or noise pollution. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was both fresh and varied.

very convenient location to heathrow airport. 5 min drive from terminal 3. room was clean and cozy. I travelled with my 2 friends and stay was comfortable.

Albeit I'm scottish, trying to get the staff to understand REALLY SLOWLY SPOKEN ENGLISH, was literally impossible. Alarms going off in unoccupied rooms!? Reported to reception, and literally had to write it down.. Asked for taxi for 7.30 to T5... Went down to reception, no taxi... Staff had booked for T6?! There is no T6.. Very handy for airport, otherwise, pay £5 more and go next door..

Nice n new building however was very disappointed as the feel is not new. Taps are so bad if u open for hot water than all the water goes over sink n splash on you. On top breakfast is below standard as everything pre made notfresh and we had staff knock at 8am for no reason. Very unpleasant. Must say cosmetics look n feel is nice!

Good location clean and tidy room with great shower. Excellent service at check in where there was some confusion over my booking which was related to their system and suitable sorted by reception staff. Good food and bar at acceptable prices 🌹🙏

Very nearby Terminal 2 & 3. Taxi 10mins away. Clean decent size room. Tried the restaurant and carluccios coffee bar. Both pretty good! I will stay again. Did check out the pool area, looked busy and pool looked smaller than was shown in the hotel pictures. Slightly disappointed as I chose this hotel specifically to use the pool.
