Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Bristol departures/arrivals. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities in the room was fine. Most hotels these days do decaffeinated tea & coffee and even a range of herbal teas or hot chocolate which I was surprised to find was not an option in the room, just English breakfast tea and regukar nescaffe sachets. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable, big enough for the suitcases as well. We didn't have hot water for the shower which was a shame. We were in a rush to check-in for our flight so didn't bring it to the attention of the staff. The breakfast had a good range of options, sweet, savoury & healthy. We would stay again for any night-time/early morning flights.

We stayed one night before an early morning flight out of Bristol airport which is only a 10 minute walk away. The room was more than adequate for the price we paid. Terry the owner is very friendly & had great communication with him before our arrival. Would highly recommend Hathway house if looking for a cheap bed for the night if travelling through Bristol. Lovely little pub across the road for food & drinks.

Booked this accommodation to stay in following a late flight into Bristol airport. We arrived at 01.00 the instructions for finding the accommodation and our room were easy to follow. The room was comfortable and warm as were the 2 single beds. The room is not somewhere I would stay for longer than 1 or 2 nights as there was no hanging or wardrobe space. Shower was good and the usual toiletries and towels were to hand, including flannels which makes life easier when you are packing again. We would certainly stay there again either before or after an early morning flight from the airport. Most importantly the goat is friendly

Would love to give this hotel a 5 star excellent, but in fairness to the hotel, a large group of guests arrived with about every lamborghini, maclaren, and ferrari sport car in existance who were very noisy. Now don't get me wrong I love.the sound of fast cars, but running down the corridor at 2 in the morning and yelling ” is it this way?”. Then being woken up at 6am with people doing the same thing I considered a bit unsocial. So really the.hotel is great, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room and the restaurant is fantastic. It gets let down by guests. Oh the pool and spa were worth.the extra cost. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!
