PPengguna TetamuLoved it! We were on the 4th floor with a magnificent view, private balcony. it was so relaxing and the staff were so helpful. Had a very good dinner, and a wonderful poached egg with truffles for breakfast. A nice walk to he harbor next morning. A great stop between Slovenia and Istria

I love this hotel, and it all started with a dinner in the restaurant downstairs the night before, which I have reviewed. So the next day we were going to leave Opatija, but had some time in the morning, and since the weather was great for late February, we decided to go back to Bevanda for some cocktails. The terrace outside with the views over Rijeka was stunning. We looked at Bevanda hotel on TripAdvisor out of curiosity as we noticed that rooms have fantastic views, and while enjoying the sunshine we decided it would be a great idea to extend our stay, and spend a night in this hotel. I am so happy we did. The room was perfect. It was very modern, clean, with amazing views from the terrace, and the room itself as it's all top to bottom windows, and you are looking at the riviera while having a lovely bath. Amazing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early the next morning before they started serving breakfast, but the team members have prepared something for us to take on our journey back. Absolutely fantastic. Professional with high standards. I highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel is very modern and great. The people who work there are very nice and polite. Especially the receptionists. Their rooms are neat and modern. It definitely deserves five stars. If you’re looking for traveling to Opatija, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended. Modern & comfortable. Outstanding value. Prelook (Preluk in Croatian & on Google Maps) is on coast between the big city of Rijeka & resort town of Opatija. You can walk to Opatija in 30 minutes along ocean on paved promenade. Spectacular. Or drive in 5 minutes - but parking is difficult. Opatija is grand old hotels - but now a tourist trap town for wealthy & coach trip tours. Very expensive. Closer & only 10 minutes walk from Prelook Apartments is the charming fishing harbour village of Velosko. Now a favourite. Our hosts recommended Veranda Restaurant & we had wonderful meal gazing across Adriatic sea & boats. But there are any number of bars & restaurants in this hidden away spot. Do yourself a favour and stay at Prelook Apartments and eat in Velosko. You will save money rather than staying in big towns and hotels. Combines western comfort with Croatian hospitality. The breakfast spread is spectacular and amazing value in the downstairs cafe. Staff and owners are all warm, friendly and helpful.

It was our third time in Hotel Savoy and as always, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is delicious and has a big variety of food (different kinds of ham, cheese, bread, bread rolls, fruit, jam, sausages, eggs, etc.). The beach is clean and isn't crowded. You need to pay for the sunbeds but it's worth it as they're clean and a normal distance from one other so you can have a rest, read a book or take a nap. The water is crystal clear and deep as soon as you get into it. We booked a standard room with partial sea view and a superior room with a sea view. The former one is of course smaller but you don't feel to be in a tin, the view is still beautiful to the sea. The latter one is spacious, light and has an amazing sea view. Both of them are spotless and in a very good condition. There're some loud bars in front of the hotel but thanks to the insulation, you can hear almost nothing at night. I'm a terrible sleeper and could still manage it on the first floor. Thank you Hotel Savoy for making our holiday so nice and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!
