Il nostro è stato un viaggio di famiglia,la struttura molto bella e accogliente,la pulizia della camera perfetta il personale molto gentile e disponibile,la colazione super super abbondante e molto varia,c'era di tutto dal salato al dolce, consigliatissima.

Bellissimo hotel sul mare, appena rinnovato, con piscina interna, stanza spaziosa pulita e climatizzata, pasti a buffet,, camerieri disponibili, a colazione mi sono presentata alla chiusura perchè avevo fatto una visita medica, e mi hanno dato la possibilitå diaccedere senza problemi,

My stay at Hotel Istra in Opatija was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay in Opatija.

I had a great time in Hotel Istra. Room was nice and clean, great breakfast. Location is perfect just next to the sea so waking up with that view was amazing. Excelent hotel to spend your holidays and not spend a fortune on accomodation. Just book and enjoy

We recently stayed at Hotel Istra Opatija for a fallbreak getaway, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The breakfast buffet was abundant and offered a wide variety of options. The bar also served excellent cocktails and delicious meals. Our room was spacious, and the facilities were in line with the money we spent. However, what truly stood out for us was the range of sports activities included in the hotel's services. This was the primary reason for choosing this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. We had the pleasure of meeting the trainer, Ana, who was brimming with energy and positive vibes. She tailored the activities perfectly to our fitness levels and needs. Usually, we don't spend much time in the hotel while on vacation, but this time it was almost impossible to leave because we were so well-entertained on the premises. Even the less-than-ideal weather didn't bother us, as the hotel had so much to offer. In summary, if you plan to visit Opatija, you absolutely must stay at Hotel Istra.

We originally had a reservation at another hotel in the hotel chain, but since the hotel was closed for our period, we were offered a room at this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the beach and very close to the center. We used the nearby parking garage for parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The half board was a perfect choice, the food was very delicious. The hotel staff is very polite, attentive and speaks very good English. And what we didn't expect, instead of a simple room, we got a room with a sea view. If we go to Opatija again, we will choose this hotel again! The hotel is highly recommended.

If you are looking for expensive place to stay, skip this hotel - surrounding is full of pricy places that can offer you less or the same value as this one! Nicely located, on the sea side, this cocktail of 19 century Austrian vacation place and early 20 century cosiness gives you sufficiently sized room for 5day stay next to Lungo mare with the food as good as in 4* neighboirs. After reaching sufficient walking mileage, there is even a small pool to recover. All this with really great and polite service. The waiter who really nocked our breakfasts and dinners had Filip label on his chest! I will definitely come back and hope that nothing will change!
