Hotel terbaik di Kepanjenkidul

It was very impressive when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs was very helpful. The room I had was ok and the aircon not very cold even to the lowest temperature. I complained to the front desk but still the same. I did not had a chance to stay at the suite but managed to view with the help of your staff who was kind enough to let me see it. Its really beautiful, my friend and her husband stayed in 1 of the suites. The breakfast was nice, everyday change menus & have really enjoyed it especially with the local food. The staff offered jamu of turmeric and assam that I had every breakfast. I was introduced to coffee honey and I bought 3 bottles to take home. The Afternoon Tea was nice served with local tea and local desserts. My only complain was there are many mosquitoes and I could not enjoyed it, I did mentioned to the staff there. Also the massage room was nice unfortunately its very dark and I had to have it in my room instead. I would introduce to my families and friends. I suggest or recommend you for not stay at this hotel. Cleanliness very very bad. Hospitality from the staff is very very very bad. I complain on the AC, he said that the Engineering Staff already back home. And there is no improvement unless I pay another Rp.80.000 for upgrade to next category. The room was like the hotel already 30 years old. But the staff said is less than 10 years old. I said that this hotel is already 30 years old. They put fragrance on the room and the also put fragrance at the pillow and your bed. Not recommend to stay at this hotel. With the same rate, you can stay at better hotel, such as Puri

Tempat bersih nyaman

Untuk lokasi nyaman dekat dengan tempat wisata makam Bung Karno, untuk istirahat enak sepi dan namun sayangnya di lantai bawah banyak sekali lubang semut..jadi seumpama bawa makanan dari luar ke dalam meja sudah dikerubuti semut..Saran untuk hotel agar disediakan dispenser yang dapat ditaruh di luar kamar agar lebih mantabh lagi..overall nyaman..

Sangat ok untuk harga itu, makanan yang lazat, ada lif, ada balkoni, dalam kawasan yang sama dengan kafe, harga juga berpatutan, sangat berbaloi dengan harga, bagaimanapun, pasti akan kembali lagi lain kali saya melawat Blitar

The Family Villa 3 rooms is good and spacious. ITS good to stay with all Family like we are at home
