To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Untuk lokasinya sangat bagus akan tetapi layanan masih bisa ditingkatkan. Begitu juga dengan kebersihannya. Untuk fasilitas sangat kurang tidak ada lemari dan bangunan kamar banyak retak

Semua bagus. Cuma telefon bilik X berfungsi. Saya dah bgtau dengan staff tapi tak de siapa pun datang baiki.
Tingkatkan security di hotel. Sebab bilik depan gadoh, tapi tak ada siapa yang datang.
Apa pun servis dan makanan semua terbaik. Bilik bersih. Hotel bersih. In shaa Allah saya akan datang lagi.

Fasilitas lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik.
Housekeeping service disediakan setiap hari.
Kamar bersih dan nyaman, walau sedikit hangat di siang hari karena menghadap matahari.
Sarapannya must-have, rugi kalau menginap di Ayola tanpa merasakan sarapannya. Menunya bervariasi dan hampir setiap hari berbeda. Ayam kecap, sauteed potatonya dan tumis sayurnya recommended.

The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

1. Room is not spacious. The cheapest room advertise here is the room with sharing bathroom(it is not stated in the booking). But u can upgrade to attached bathroom with additional Rp80k.

Aarie438130Stayed here for 3 nights. The room is old, lots of stain everywhere, although it is clean. The AC was working, and the wi fi speed is ok. The breakfast food is limited and the taste is so-so. The location is near the airport, only 5 minutes. When I was about to check out, I have to go down 8 floors using stairs because the elevator didn't work. The staffs show no sympathy or at least say sorry, although I understand this is not their fault, but the empathy is an important part of hospitality management.

Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious sushi. The hotel is very nice, located in the center of the city. It also have access to the mall. Most of staff are friendly and helpful, tasty breakfast, nice, clean and spacy room. Overall thank you very much.
