PPengguna TetamuThe best choice hotel in Salatiga, was searching a decent accommodation in Salatiga for our transit for hiking at mount Andong prior joining a group and found this resort hotel. It is like a villa surrounded by large garden trees..swimming pool and gym. It is located a very quiet place but yet near the city.

Wwilly jCet hotel présente un énorme potentiel du fait de son emplacement dans la montagne, à l'air pur, loin de la ville. De plus il possède pas mal de structures de vacances (piscine, jeux pour enfants, foret...). Malheureusement du à la pandémie l'hotel à été laisser un peu à l'abandon et cela se ressent dans la propreté des chambres qui laisse clairement à desirer. Mais pour le prix ça reste correct, d'autant que l'on sent que le personnel fait son maximum pour que le client soit bien malgré tout. En un mot, un hotel un peu désuet et qui tombe en décrépitude mais qui à un potentiel certain et du cachet.

Stayed on March 31 & April 1 in Room 208. Housekeeping was very poor. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a dirty mat at the entrance, which was never cleaned during our two days of stay. Upon entering the room, we smelled urine in the bath. The smell went away after spraying water all over the bath. The air-conditioner did not provide standard, adequate coolness. We opened the AC's indoor unit and found out there were no filters inside. That's why it easily got dirty and produced an abnormal noise. We did not get adequate coolness in our room all the two nights of our stay. We suspect the AC was so very dirty. The corridor's carpet was in dire need of deep cleaning. They just covered up the dirt with offensive perfume. What an easy and lazy way! The bath's toilet bowl's pad was not well fastened, causing it to move when we sat on it. The sink's trap, we suspect it was dirty since the water did not flow smoothly. There were so many other issues concerning the housekeeping that we cannot mention them one by one here. Issues that actually could have been solved easily.
