Everything was good. Other then the bar fridge in the room feels warmer then the room. Doesnt seem to be working.

I had a truly perfect stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience. I can’t wait to return!

Ia telah ditempah untuk bos Saya mempunyai bilik dan dia mempunyai bilik apabila saya masuk, saya mendapati ia mempunyai dua bilik tidur. Ia cukup selesa untuk didiami. Lokasinya juga bagus di pusat bandar , ok, sarapan paginya begitu-begitu, tidak terlalu banyak variasi, tidak sehebat hotel empat bintang atau lima bintang pada harga yang sama. range, tapi breakfast kat indonesia macam tu je, tak sedap, tak ada makanan sedap kat asia tenggara, karipap habis semua, pastu balik negara, ah nak makan hot pot, nak. makan barbeku...

The rooms where I stayed were not in the best condition - it’s dusty, very outdated furniture and overall it doesn’t give the same impression of the photos they put on their website. After I complained the hotel directly took action to transfer me to another room. However the room was not in the best condition either. I appreciated their efforts and the way they try to facilitate things. Unfortunately, I had to go to another hotel. Also the decision of me checking out earlier than expected was handled in a very professional matter! Compliments for their service but unfortunately the hotel isn’t worth my money.

Great place for a staycation or when travelling in south Jakarta, rooms are spacious, service is excellent, staff are friendly and facilities are tip top! Highly recommend good value for money

The service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time.

Best place to stay around Senopati, just walk from many restaurants and cafe also some convenience store

Selesa. Biliknya terasa seperti hotel 3⭐️. Saluran tv terhad tetapi tidak apa-apa. Lokasinya berhampiran minimarket & mall

The hotel is in a great location and staff are friendly. They even bring to the room afternoon snack from the kitchen. The only drawback was tge noise in the midfle of the night from staff revving their tuned up car right in front of the guest rooms. Such an insensitive demeanor after midnight!!
