OOksanaHotel ini sangat bersih, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, bersebelahan dengan pelabuhan tempat bot bertolak ke pulau-pulau. Bar atas bumbung yang bagus. Terdapat satu kelemahan yang ketara - tiada penebat bunyi; pada malam pertama kami tidak dapat tidur langsung. Saya membaca bahawa masalah ini hampir di mana-mana di sana, saya tidak tahu. Sejujurnya, saya akan mencari hotel yang lebih terpencil di mana saya boleh tidur dengan lena.

PPengguna TetamuThe place was great and affordable for a family getaway. The pool in our room was adequate sized and clean. Be ready for lots of mosquitoes. But the hotel was kind enough to provide us with aerosol sprays. Shower area was great but there were some stains on the WC lid cover. The food could be improved alot. It was subpar. Otherwise staff were very helpful and even prepared a breakfast pack for us before we went on our excursion to komodo island.

My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.

Llegend DI recently stayed at Bintang Flores Hotel and was impressed. The location offers stunning views of the harbor, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s pool area provided a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, Bintang Flores Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Labuan Bajo.

DDaisyArielThe room is clean and good for a nights rest. The restaurant overlooking the sea was heavenly. Food is good. Location is fantastic with lots of shops nearby. There is also a supermarket opp to stock up before we got on a boat. The only weird thing is the toilet lock is from the outside.
No lift only stairs. They assisted us with our luggages.

PPengguna TetamuThe best part of staying at this place was that it does have a private beach that you can snorkel from and relax and watch the sunsetting. However, the resort is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. You can get a car from the resort most of the time without too much of a wait for the cost of $10 AUD each way. However, we did have to find our own way back from the town centre after 10pm and paid local drivers more. You will need to go into the town centre every day because unfortunately the resort restaurant is awful. The service and food were very disappointing and well below average. We had breakfast included with our stay and only ate breakfast there once. There are many great restaurants and bars in surrounding hotels and town centre and I would recommend using those. Our room was quite nice, although the bathroom was mouldy and grimy in places. The staff were friendly.

While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for.
As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain.
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha.
Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path.
Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time.
Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands)
Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

Ppiya muqitFantastic resort. Luxurious accommodation with very comfortable beds and no internet in the room which allowed for a proper digital detox.
The house reef was healthy with a superb range of fish and even spotted a turtle swimming one morning with the water sparkling clean. The dive centre is fully equipped with free use of snorkels, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
Really felt like we could have been in the Maldives where we have had similar resort experiences but this was a fraction of the price.
The restaurant served delicious gourmet dishes with a great blend of western food and Indonesian. Breakfast was not a buffet which I loved.
A hidden gem and a great spot to see the Komodo Dragons and the pink beaches.
