Saya menginap di bilik 206, jenis Business Class selama enam hari (check in 05 Januari, check out 11 Januari, 2025. Jadi ulasan saya spesifik untuk bilik tersebut sahaja. Saya bahagikan ulasan saya kepada beberapa bahagian:
Lokasi
- Kedudukan hotel ini agak strategik kerana berada luar sedikit daripada Jl. Malioboro yang jadi tarikan utama pelancong. Dari hotel ke Jl. Malioboro hanya 10-15 minit berjalan kaki. Kalau malas jalan/ takut sesat, boleh order Gojek/Grab. Di sekitar pun ada beca atau kereta kuda.
- Hotel berada di pinggir jalan, jadi mudah untuk ditemukan.
- Berhampiran hotal, ada masjid. Untuk Muslims, ini boleh jadi nilai tambah.
- Di sekitar ada warung makan, toko ole-ole dan laundry.
- Minus point untuk yang bawa kenderaan, hanya ada parkir motor yang agak terhad.
- Keseluruhan, lokasi sekitar agak selamat.
Bilik
- Untuk jenis Business Class, cukup selesa bagi seorang individu dan harganya sangat murah.
- Walaupun bersaiz kecil tetapi masih cukup luas untuk solat bagi Muslim. Arah kiblat juga ada ditunjukkan.
- Dalam bilik ada disediakan ubat gigi (dalam bahasa Indonesia, pasta gigi), berus gigi (atau sikat gigi), tuala, dan air minuman 550ml. Bilik dibersihkan setiap hari dan segala kelengkapan seperti berus gigi, ubat gigi, tuala dan air minuman ditukar setiap hari.
- Minus point, bilik ini tiada jendela. Bagi saya tiada isu, tapi mungkin ada yang factor in jendela jadi saya sebutkan juga di sini.
- Satu lagi minus point, aliran air shower agak perlahan.
- Dalam bilik disediakan TV android yang boleh akses pelbagai hiburan seperti Netflix dan YouTube. Tetapi akses menggunakan akaun sendiri.
- WiFi laju dan stabil.
- Keseluruhan hotel sangat wangi.
- Staf hotel peramah dan membantu.
Keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di hotel ini sangat baik. Kalau datang ke Yogyakarta kelak, saya tetap akan pilih hotel ini.

I booked 3 rooms, with 2 people in each room. One of the rooms had a non-functioning air conditioner, which remained unfixed despite repairs. The bed linens seemed old, and we experienced some itchiness, possibly due to dust mites. I suggest maintaining the air conditioners and updating the linens for better guest comfort. Thank you.

The hotel is quite worn out even though they have made some renovations..
The Mattress is way uncomfortable (very old and needs to be replaced)
The towels looks very old and grey...
The toilet.. especially the SHOWER HEAD, definitely is old and needs to be changed...
The carpet outside the corrdor.. old and dirty.
Eventhough they did some renovations, but only minor changes and cannot cover the old part.
Please do more upgrades.

The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
ROOM:
- Beds and pillows are luxurious
- Shower pressure is strong
- Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit
AMENITIES:
- Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area
- Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game.
- Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg
- Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway.
TRANSIT/ LOCATION:
- Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station.
(Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈)
- Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites.
- Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman
- Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

The hotel design is interesting. I like the size of the bed, spacious. The shower is also big enough, not cramp.

Breakfast Buffet consisted of restaurant quality food with a huge selection of both Asian and Western cuisine.
Our room was very clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful.
Concierge on arrival, so there is no need to lug all your bags from your transport into your room.
Spa, Sauna, and a pool at the hotel.
You are located a short distance from great sites and attraction in Jogja.
In my opinion, this is a very luxurious hotel at an incredible price.

HHoi ManLocation is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on.
But overall still a good stay.

WWongThere are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel.
1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel.
2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street.
3. Clean room with satellite TV programme.
4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts.
5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time.
7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast.
8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house.
9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport.

IiphuriosThis is amazing hotel for its price.
First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks.
The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park.
The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable.
The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

PPengguna TetamuRoom Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.
