The ac in the room allotted to me doesnt have cooling at all. Brought this to the notice of staff at reception from day i checked in i. E. May 8th. No action taken so far by the hotel till now, yesterday had told another room will be allotted but that too not done. If the ac is not working then such room shouldn't be put up for online booking. So anybody checking in hotel please ensure ac working properly, because after taking room there won't be any solution to the problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort and i simply cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The location was also amazed me.

This is a heritage property and they have maintained the same old structure but have renovated it with very careful details on not compromising on the heritage aesthetics. The staff, especially sneha and mathew were very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent and we did invite a few guests to their restaurant and they were delighted. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended this property

Stayed for one night with family during a transit to catch next day flight. Check in was comfortble. Room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities were provided in the room. There was no hot water in the tap. Food in the breakfast has only 2-3 options and all were dosa tems and one bread toast. Biggest plus is that airport departure is at 5 minute drive and the hotel provided a free drop there. A decent hotel to stay during transit to airport.

The location is very good and food also good. The amenities also satisfactory. However we found noise from neighbouring rooms was a disturbing feature. The gap underneath the doors was too much which caused the noise to enter inside. This was conveyed to the reception then itself. The services overall were very good.

Stay was good. Amenities in the hotel room were sufficient. Reception staff deena was courteous and helped us to check in little early. Thanks to her. Advise to the hotel. The hotel management should think about installing sound proofing inside the hotel room, there is a conference room/party hall across, late night parties and the noise is completely audible in the room and it affects the quality of the sleep.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a nice stay in benale international. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean & hygiene. The staff was polite and helpful. The problems are they did not serve north indian food in breakfast like poha, pratha etc. Also there's a connectivity issue as you can't get rikshaw or taxi from the gate of the hotel. You have to walk a km to get it. Overall it's worth staying in benale.

PPengguna TetamuI had a pleasant stay at the resort. I booked the suite room which had an amazing balcony and breathtaking sea views. I loved my stay and would surely recommend a stay in there. It’s perfect for relaxing weekend away from the city hustle and it’s very near to payambalam beach..

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a great location, and the staff’s behavior was polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room conditions were not up to the mark. The washroom had an unpleasant odor, which persisted throughout our stay. The bed appeared to have insects, and unfortunately, my daughter developed an infection on her neck, which we noticed in the morning. Proper hygiene and maintenance of the rooms are critical and should be improved urgently. While the location and staff were the redeeming factors, i hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is great, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a bit of a walk but nothing serious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was some trash outside my door that was taken away only a day after i arrived.

PPengguna TetamuSeems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.
