hotel was clean and the service was decent. size of the room was on the smaller side but it was justified at this price range. staff was well-behaved. overall it was a good stay. would definitely come back if i ever visit moradabad again.

It was amazing experience.. had lot of fun and enjoyment ***** with all family members and friends. Being 1st birthday celebration of my daughter I special thankful to Mr Saurabh and team who all have done nice arrangement be it ambiance,food,snacks,saktey, security,nice rooms etc. All the best for their future endeavors and task. I stayed here for one night. It was a decent experience. Although, the hotel doesn't offer food services, the food ordered from zomato/swiggy is delivered right to your room. In my room, initially the bedsheets had a lot of spots on them, good knight was there but with no refill and the almirah was smelling a lot as the previous customer put some food in it and left it to rot. However, on complaining about all of these, the hotel staff resolved all of it. The washroom was very clean. Also, my room had a window so the room was well ventilated. Overall, it was a good experience staying here.

Just finished a 3 day marriage function of my brother in Holiday Regency Hotel. Food and arrangements were very good. Such a lovely experience and it was only possible because and only because of Mr Kamal Monga who from the very first day supported and guided us in everything. I would say that it was because of him we took the decision to do the marriage there. But during the entire period he was always there to ensure that all the events went smoothly. Even when he had 103+ fever he came to Hotel to see if we need any support. Never seen such a dedicated person in my life. Hats off to you. The experience with other staff was not that great sometimes they were not prompt, didnt know things, sometimes rude but Mr Monga ensured that he covered the mistakes or shortfalls of the entire team which is huge in size. I can really say that it was a one *** show. ***agement needs to have more people like him in the team. A thorough professional and dedicated gem of a person. Would definitely visit this hotel or do our functions because of the experience we got under his supervision.

Best location, spacious property, with neat and clean decent room size and wash rooms. Prompt service, nice security. We were satisfied with all the amenities provided, and with the nice behaviour of the staff. Car parking area is also spacious.

Thanks to whole Team of Hotel Mansarover Paradise. Everything was more than Perfect in our function. Theme Jaimala , Flower Decor and so many unique ideas they have. Really appreciable.
