Hotel terbaik di Pala

Reached the hotel at 8 40 pm in the night. Security did not allow parking inspite of space available in the front part of the parking area citing owners would object. I had to park in slushy ground nearby out of the compound inspite of having luggage to offload. Priority to parking is for people who come to the bar nearby hotel entrance second day of stay, i could see cars in the front of hotel parked and realized that what the security had told the previous day was not correct. Bathroom stinky when entered. Support staff were good though. Bar close to the entrance and in the second floor. Smell of alcohol all over.

Bathroom ambiance is not good. Old model. Hotel water is not available during morning. Bf is not included as many hotels are providing complementary bf. Hot water

Stayed here for 4 nights in dec 2021 while visiting family. We just needed a place to sleep after the daylong visits to relatives and extended families. The hotel itself seems to have been built keeping high quality standards in mind. Quality amenities and fittings all around, but seems to have fallen into disuse over the last few years. The rooms have a rather musty smell and the beddings have seen better days. Bathrooms while functional sometimes have niggling issues like no running hot water. While amenities advertised include hot water kettle and tea/coffee supplies, we had to remind the staff to place a kettle in one of the rooms. While some sachets of instant coffee and some tea bags were kept no milk or milk powder was provided though. Not that it mattered to us. The Aircon worked well on most days though on the first night the power failed inexplicably and only came on at 5am leaving me sweltering in the room. Be sure to ask for fresh towels and soap. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. The staff seemed nice but helpless. I would not return here even if I were offered money to stay here.

This hotel surprised us with its level of comfort, cleanliness, and service. Our expectations for a hotel in a small town like ettumanur were basic. We just sought a clean and comfortable place to halt overnight. The rooms were tastefully done, with good cooling, lighting and amenities. The hotel staff were also helpful.

From outside its not looks like the quality of room they have. Its have small proerty with limited room but i fall in love after entering in room. It was neat and clean and well maintain, decoration of room was also excellent, staff was also courteous.
