Hotel terbaik di Satna

The property is very nice. Staff behavior is also good. A little more attention could be take for cleaning. But great. The food is tasty. I am happy with my stay.

Stayed here for a short halt and the hotel is very welcoming and staff is very courteous.Reservation process was very smooth & guidance to book a room was fantastic. I would particularly compliment the team of Reservations :Mr.Raj and Ashish for taking care of my requirements with a smile. Keep up the good work and would definitely visit again!

This is luxury resort with. spacious room , small bathroom with poor service. Hotel doesn’t provide cab for pickup and drop. At the time reception refuse point blank to arrange or help any out side taxi service. This is the only luxury resort with swimming pool where pool wash room has 3 wash basin 3 urinals 2 wc without any shower area. Also reception don’t encourage u to take a dip in pool. Strangely it close down at 7 pm evening and if u r staying in hotel u can’t swim after 7 pm. Although they say they maintain it and add chemical after 7 pm they hardly do it. And as usually they inadvertently try residents not to use pool. In two days I only swim once after lot of discussions and even pool wash room was locked. Food is all paneer and like that. They don’t hv simple meal menu for solo person. Lastly as breakfast was included in room and I hv to leave before 8 am I asked them firstly at the time of booking that one day I want b taking breakfast. So reception told we will arrange some pack breakfast at 7 am. Before departure night I personally talked to restaurant manager for brunch. But in morning no one was there. After lot of hassle they give me omelette and tea by 7.30.
