Hotel terbaik di Shimla

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We finally made it to wildflower hall for a 3 day getaway after hearing only the most impressive praises and raves from our friends and family, and let me tell you — it did not disappoint. The hotel itself is nestled in the hilly laps of the lower Himalayas and offers valley and higher snow covered mountain views from every room, restaurant and lounge. It is one of the most luxurious and well maintained hotels in the country. It is a haven for couples and families alike as it offers a series of activities such as hiking, archery, nature trails, yoga classes, etc. There is something for everyone. The property itself has a wonderful spa (shout out to Sushma and Bornali for giving us the best massages we’ve had in a while with their magic hands!) and a state of the art swimming pool and of course, the famous outdoor heated jacuzzi which is always at 45 degrees overlooking snow clad peaks. There is only one restaurant in the whole hotel but the menu is so extensive and well curated - we thoroughly enjoyed exploring various cuisines everyday and were taken care of with great attention to detail by Rakshita and Shilpa during all our meals. The highlight of our trip was having a picnic lunch set up by the hotel in the forest with lunch, games, drinks and a tent for a quick nap. The moment reached the picnic spot, it started snowing lightly and it was the most beautiful lunch experience ever. A big shout out to Mr. Rahul for making it even more special with his friendly demeanour and helpfulness. A huge thanks to the Wildflower team for taking such good care of us. We can’t wait to come back very very soon!

It is an amazing property with wonderful ambience and lovely weather. But what stood out in this exceptional stay was the hospitality by Taj staff. A special mention to Mr Sachin Sharma who made extra ordinary efforts to ensure that our stay was flawless. His eye to detail, positive attitude and personal connection made it feel like home away from home. Kuddos to his efforts and we would like to visit the property again for the exceptional hospitality. In addition, his efforts to make our day all the more special (we visited the property for a special occasion) will be remembered for ever. Highly recommended for the visitors.

I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop ***** with my important documents at the reception of hotel during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

Best experience in the hosteller narkanda. The staff here is very good. Mr. Dinesh is very helpful. Mr. Virender is very understanding and works very well. All the staff is very good. The food in the unbox cafe here is very tasty. Right now the toilet and room are very clean. The staff is very friendly and entertaining. The view here is very good, the sun rises looks very beautiful. I would like to come here again and again because the staff is very good, helpful and entertaining the property is very well maintained. The cleanliness here is very good. The food here is very tasty. I thank the hostel narkanda staff who gave me so much memorable time.
