Me and my wife booked a flight with baggage from Abu Dhabi to karachi with 30 kg baggage. When we reached to the airport for checkin, airport staff told us our tickets are without baggage. After a lot discussion here and there and suffering from inconvenience and humiliation we were asked to leave our baggage and travel without baggage. Since flight was overbooked, they did not have space to accommodate our baggage even after payment. We had to leave out things there in Pakistan and move without baggage. I called Etihad airlines and they told me ticket was booked through cleartrip so contact them. Cleartrip took my complaint, I have number for that complaint and I was contacted by an agent. He asked all the details and he said they will confirm this with etihad airlines and get back to me. Next moment, they closed complaint without resolving the complaint. Which kind of customer services we are talking here. We all know that without baggage tickets are cheaper than with baggage, and clearly Cleartrip is being unreasonable or Fraudulent with customers. Apart from main complaint, while booking the ticket as promotion I was supposed to get 120 AED as cleartrip wallet which I never received. Such a shame.
