Stayed here for a day in early April, wanted to visit few friends nearby and someone known recommended. While booking it was offered free Wifi, but disappointed to know that it's not available, on enquiry it was told that WiFi is damaged and may take a month to get it installed. could see cocroaches running around the room.The room was not at all clean. There was no lights in the lobby and passages and need to call security to get lights. When asked about TV there was no response from the people in reception. there's a restaurant but food was average. Wanted to leave early in the morning, but no one was available in the reception, need to leave the key at security gate. overall its very bad decision to stay in this place, The only advantage of the hotel is that thry have log of place for parking,

My stay at Kallada regency was a pleasant one. Before coming to irinjalakuda I did a lot of research and realized one doesn't have many options in this small town. There are no luxury hotels and mostly you would find small boutique hotels and homestays. Kallada regency is the only decent 2 star hotel in irinjalakuda and provides all basic facilities one would need. The room size is big enough. Windows for ventilation. Air conditioning (it gets really hot in summers) a mini fridge and hot water kettle. A cupboard with iron and a safe. Bathroom is decent with shower and western commode. They provide basic house keeping stuff like soap, dental kit. The house keeping staff are wonderful, so are the restaurant and security staff. They made my stay pleasant and I would recommend Kallada Irinjalakuda to anyone visiting.

I recently stayed here just because it would be easy to go athirapally falls. Being named four star hotel they don’t have basic amenities also like no proper hot water, no proper ventilation it was stinking, doors and walls are full of fungus. They charge extra amount for complimentary breakfast but they limit to only one dosa for one person and they will say for other items we have to pay additional. It’s completely cheating that saying room with breakfast and not giving proper food to guests. Safety wise not recommended with kids because first time I have seen charging ports are in middle of cot just behind head which might not be safe while sleeping. Booked this hotel through Goibibo and raised this compliant and they are least bothered about this and they didn’t care about people’s concern while staying in the property booked through their app. Never book through Goibibo app, they will not resolve your issues during stay, instead they will say facilities depends on hotel.

No food options available as they don't have restaurant but you can visit near samsora cafe which is 120 meters from this hotel. Ro drinking water available. Main water falls is just 1. 5 kms so you can walk if you want otherwise can book auto which will drop and pickup and also stay there as long as you want. Charges will vary based on number of persons. It's 500 for couple and kid. But it's worth it as you may not find space for parking near water falls.

I had booked a substantial number of rooms at Krishna Inn, to host my relatives and friends, for my daughter's sangeet and wedding ceremonies, The planning for the same was facilitated by Smt. Mini Madhavan, who was very direct and professional in her approach. Since, this was a destination wedding, we were totally dependent on the services of Krishna Inn and the vendors appointed for decoration, music, wedding arrangements and food and beverages led by Shri Sarin. I was completely stressed out as the D day approached, which was compounded by heavy rains on 31 May 24. All i can say is that Lord Guruvayoor manifested in these persons of Krishna Inn, who ensured everything went well.. I am eternally grateful to the staff and management of Krishna Inn for their grace, understanding and service. The sadya served at the wedding ceremony was well received by guests. Awaiting the photographs, which takes a long time in this part of the country. Mau Guruvayoorappen bless them all.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for a day in May. When we checked in/ out, there was nobody to help us with the luggage to/ from the room. Room was clean but had flies & mosquitoes. AC was not placed in the right location in the room & hence the bedroom area took a long while to cool. The restaurant was closed on 18/5 for maintenance. It was open for breakfast on 19/5 but not for lunch as they were hosting a wedding. No prior information was given & it was difficult to go out for lunch/ dinner as it was raining almost all day. On 18/5 we had to go for darshan at 9 am & we came down at 815 am to have breakfast but it wasn't ready. only idli, vada, bread was available & the former were not even warm. There were flies in the restaurant too. Hardly any parking space. Will definitely get better options at the same price point & will surely not stay here again.
